Laptop is working slow and keyboard keys are not working it's always not worked.
Laptop are not good I will buy and some month letter your laptop keyboard keys are not working.and very slow processing

    The laptop worked only for 6 month and rest it was all black screen..such a cheap product.Dont fool costumers by selling such cheap and nonsense product...i want my money back it was better i should have got dell or lenovo laptop than yours

        Acer not accepting warranty

        Address: AKRA 48 Periyar lane, Bank junction Aluva

        I had purchased a laptop from Flipkart on May 01st 2021 and received the product on May 05th 2022. According to Acer warranty terms the purchaser has to register with Acer warranty after purchasing. According to that in acer warranty validation website my warranty expiry date is 21/05/2022(screenshot attached). Now on May 02th 2022 the laptop does not turn on. I had raised complaint through mail from then Acer customer support executives...

        I had purchased acer nitro 5 a month ago but the laptop was defected its screen wont turning on after i visit the service center they told me that there was a issue in my laptops motherboard then i submit my laptop to them but after 14 days they didnt receive the parts from acer india after 14 days i called them and they told me that my laptop will be replaced by a new one but i hv to wait more 3 days to get the details about replacement. I awated but they didnt get the details after 3 days and they didnt even answering me about the details. They are just hanging it by today or tommorow they are not giving me the details about my laptop.

          From a month I have an issue in my laptop, it is showing a blue screen error too much about 2-3 time in a day, untill I disconnect battery and wait around 10 min. Because of that system is getting slower than usual.

              I have recently bought ACER Nitro VG240YS 60.5cm (23.8 in) FHD Gaming Monitor, SKU - UM.QV0SS.S01 in Feb 18th 2022 having Serial Number : MMTDNSS00313313E6A4210. Actually, The monitor is advertised to have Freesync Premium in it. But, When Looking at the monitor menu, It shows as Freesync. In online youtube reviews of the same monitor, Their menu shows FreeSync Premium.

              It is a false marketing as There is a huge difference between FreeSync and FreeSync Premium as you can see in the below link:

              I contacted with Acer support (having ACR2210216) through email but they just copy pasted the same link of FreeSync and sent me. I am very much disappointed with Acer.

              I am also facing the stuck pixel problem (ACR2199043) for which they are not considering at all. I have also put that complaint on this site.

              I don't know when my problem will get solved. But, I would never recommend anyone to buy Acer product to anyone in future.

                Bought acer laptop from Logitec systems, Pattom, Trivandrum, Kerala.From the begining, laptop showed problems like not booting when powered on, showing grains when powered on, frequent auto shut down while working etc.Complainted in acer two times, and every time they got it somehow repaired but only remained working for a few days and it auto shut down and got dead while working.Last time their technicians argue that they suspect unauthorised servicing of laptop and hence it can't be repaired eventhough we have paid warranty extension.It is a very pathetic situation, feels like robbed, paid 35k but product not worthy for even 35 minutes.

                  I have recently purchased ACER Nitro VG240YS 60.5cm (23.8 in) FHD Gaming Monitor on 18th Feb 2022 from Official Acer website. After a few days, A red stuck pixel appeared at the center of the monitor. So, I complained to [protected]@in.aegisglobal.com to get replacement for my monitor as it is under warranty but they denied the replacement saying that stuck pixel is out of warranty. After reaching out to Acer customer care and requesting them to solve this issue, they sent a technician and he also created a complaint of the issue and said that my system should be replaced and shared the Acer certificate with me. But later, during my call with Acer customer support they closed the issue ticket without communicating to me. They are not taking the issue seriously even though it is a manufacturing defect.

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased Acer monitor in 17.06.2021 from Amazon at 14500 Rs.

                    few weeks back, monitor fall on table and screen got damage.

                    When I asked Acer customer they said they cant repair it as they dont keep spare parts of Monitors.
                    If its become faulty they replace it but if its damage by customer then they have to buy new one.

                    Acer India is providing 3 year warranty along with product

                    I know its damaged by me so I am ready to pay for screen but not ready to pay for whole new monitor

                      I purchased my laptop 2 years and 15 days ago. Ten days out of warranty the hard drive completely failed. I tried to talk to someone at ACER and I was referred only to the you tube channel to fix it or fee based support. There was no place to register a concern about a hard drive failing after only 2 years. I am not an every day user - maybe twice a week at best - and to have it fail this quickly speaks to a sub standard hard drive to begin with and no place to say a thing about it. Very frustrating.

                        Despite purchasing extended Warranty fron Acer on 08 Jan 2022, they are not providing Warranty Support. Extended Warranty Certificate bears incorrect serial and Model Number, which the company is refucsing to corrrect. This is causing me harrassment.

                          I have purchased acer aspire 7 on August 2021. And i am facing battery issues from the date of purchase.
                          I have also filled complaints for battery replacement and 2 times its battery is replaced and 1 time its motherboard is changed. But the issue is still same.                             I had pre-paid for the laptop from your website on 20/1/2022. At that time it was written there as delivery till 28th January so I had placed the order, but still I have not received the parcel. I have mailed a lot before but I have not received a reply...

                                I purchased Acer product and having hardware issues from beginning, I hardly used the unit and it always shows 100% utilization all the time with no program running, I got HDD replace twice in last 4 months and the issue was never resolved. I am afraid now that post my warranty will be expired, I will be end up paying my hard earn my to have these parts replaced in coming future as well.
                                NOW I WANT THIS UNIT TO BE REPLACED OR REFUND, NOTHING ELSE.

                                  Worst of the worst customer service. I've raised an issue a month back and a engineer came after 10 days of non-stop ask then came and said as battery issue, which will be replaced within a week. Then, literally got zero response from any of the service center/ engineer. When I somehow able to reach them after the month, they are saying like the case is still open and the problem maybe motherboard issue and they need to order. When I asked for the delay, they said as officer was on leave. Seriously? are you guys studying in schooling to give such reasons? Is there no other person to look after? These people are spreading their internal issue to the customers. Do u guys even care for your customers? I surely won't buy or recommend any acer products to my surroundings.

                                    Approvel for the part was given on 5 th December 2021
                                    It's 15th Jan 2022 today and they haven't shipped the part from warehouse yet.

                                    I have lost my job as my work is purely dependent on my laptop, I work as a graphic designer .

                                    I have called toll free number and had issue escalated 24 times already, then also my case is not showing any progress.
