These damages to my laptop are the prizes which are given by your authorized service centers Such as "Ruchi Infotech and Venmitra Systems
1) Ruchi InfoTech has damaged my Laptop System cooling Heat Sink for which I have mailed a month back
2) Venmitra Systems when they got First replacement of Laptop screen they tried to change but screen size was different so they handovered to us the laptop and asked to come when they will received the Laptop screen. At that time there is no damage on the Fabrication and Screen back panel. This shows that they have damaged the screen back panel and fabrication during the replacement of the screen. -- Now Acer Customer Care saying these doesn't covered in warranty.
3) Provided Faulty Screen replacement
4) For a Year I am facing a System shut down Issue which they are not able to solve.

    Sir,
    as per my complaint to the customer service center then sent a service engineer for my acer aspire 7 battery problem. and your service engineer looked at the problem and detected a battery backup issue by physically using my laptop. and he told me i have to collect a report using acer software for battery issues but software is showing everything is fine and he told me i can't do anything about this company know only report.

    sir my laptop is not giving backup. After a full charge laptop runs till 1 hr and less than that you can ask with your service engineer.

        First of all I am a real person and customer of acer and this is a real and genuine review anyone can confirm this with me by mailing me, my email id is

        I brought an acer aspire a315-53 laptop 15 months back in last months of 2019, it was my first laptop so I used it very carefully after 2 months suddenly it went dead, I called the customer care and they asked me to reset battery by small pin whole switch and try to turn it on by pressing the power button, I did that and it started but again after total 6 months it went dead, I called the customer care and was asked to repeat the same process but it did not work this time, also as it was lock down there was no service and after some days a service guy visited and said the keyboard has a manufacturing defect and we will change it free of cost, after 15 to 20 days he again visited with the key board and replaced it and laptop again started working, then after almost 3 months it again went dead and I again tried the reset battery button and it started, now after exactly 15 months and some days past the laptop again went dead and this time the battery reset trick did not work, I called the service center guy and he visited and checked the laptop and to my surprise I was told that the mother board of the laptop is dead, without any water or physical damage or any burns of any kind it just went dead and the replacement cost is more then 20, 000rs which is more then the price i paid for the laptop, I felt cheated and looted by acer, I feel acer is selling cheap china made products and when they stop working specially when they are out of warranty acer asks for the amount customer can not pay or even if he does its more then the new device, really disappointed in acer will never buy any acer product again or will recommend acer to anyone.

          Hi Team,

          Highly disappointed from Acer services/staff.

          I would like to inform you that I had an issue with
          my Acer i7 Nitro5. It stopped working suddenly on 20th Dec'2020. I purchased this laptop on the 30th Oct'2020
          and hardly used it in Nov'20. I started using it for 2 weeks and stopped due to a motherboard issue. I called
          customer care and explained the issue, I visited the store (Pari Computers Pune-[protected]) and the engineer
          (Mr. Irfan/Swapnil- [protected]) confirmed that there is a motherboard issue. I requested to replace the laptop
          and I see the display is also loose but no one is listening now. It's been 7 days now and there is no resolution yet.

          I called many times to connect with Mrs. Surbhi Ranjan who is Acer manager for Maharashtra circle but no response. No one is calling me and only, I am taking the follow up with all but the Service center guy says that Acer will be responsible, Store guy says that talk to service center/customer care, customer care says that talk to service center.

          Would request you to please have a look on this issue and provide the justice in this regard.

          No resolution yet. No one calls or talk. I am talking follow up with service Center, store, Acer staff. I just commented on my post about three issues which they are not solving. I am asking laptop replacement as it’s creating the problem from day one. No cares from Acer to others. They are just selling laptops and making fools of customers. They marked my post as resolved but nothing is done yet.

          Nothing is done yet and no one calls to ask the exact issue. Facing 3 issues from day one.
          1- Display screen is very loose
          2- display on and off while open the laptop
          3- Wifi not detected.

            I ordered Acer gaming laptop on 25 November for studies ( price:49990 )rs
            from Flipkart .But I received Acer one 14 (price :23000 )on 30 November .Now its been over 4 weeks and they didnt give me any resolution of this problem and also they refuses to replace the product . They are just giving me dates on dates, even workers of coustmer helpine are not answering me correctly .
            When i talked to there seniors, they promised me to wait for 12 days(for there formalities)and insured that they refund my whole amount. But now its been more than three weeks and they didn't provide me any resolution.So, i request you to help me and solve my problem.

                I am honestly registering this complaint.
                I bought Acer Aspire 5 laptop (i5 8th gen, 512 GB NVMe SSD) on oct 17 2019 from flipkart (Refer invoice copy attached)

                Laptop was working fine for exactly one year (except some power on problem/boot problem a couple of time)
                But exactly after one year and one month (December 02 2020) my ssd hard disk got corrupted and shows no bootable device. (Refer attachment)

                When contacted Acer service center, they said the ssd hard disk is corrupted and have to replace a new one which will cost 7200 including
                service charge.

                I am not able to claim warranty since it crossed 1 month from warranty due date..
                Is this the quality of this product/ssd??.. Very worse experience..
                And the worst part is all my stored data is gone since data from ssd can't be recoverable (Said by acer service center).

                (Note: I have used my laptop only moderately and no physical damage happened. Still my ssd hard disk is corrupted)

                Because of this worst experience and my data loss available in the ssd hard disk, i am requesting acer india to pay me INR 10, 000
                so that i will manage to replace my ssd hard disk.

                    Did log a complaint that have a battery charging issue on 20th Nov. I was told that the issue was with battery and needs to be replaced. Acer engineer tried changing the battery on 26th Nov did communicate that the problem is with the Mother Board now (poor troubleshooting).

                    I am not happy with the trouble shooting & also not resolving on time. Did reach-out to CC on (30th Nov) looks like the engineer did not even request for the replacement part (Mother Board) even after 4 days of identifying the new issue. I have to chase call center & Acer support for spares & now issue yet to be rectified as on date

                    Is this the level of support expected from Acer? not at all acceptable. I know for the fact that most of the laptop vendors do replace parts same day / next day. First laptop failing with in 5-6 months & also issue pending for two weeks days not giving me a good taste on Acer.

                      Bought ACER laptop during this festive sale. Brand new but can NOT CONNECT to WIFI or hold onto WIFI if connected. Repeated requests / complaints elicit standard response - our engineer will visit. A Google search showed this is a common PROBLEM of ACER Laptops. But not sure if this customer service standard is also common for others who bought ACER? Whats your experience?? How could you solve? Does ACER respond to such social media posts??                         On 25th September, I had registered a complaint to acer that my display cable is loose and I'm having some issues with the display. They game be the Case ID-3682218I, and I submitted my laptop to the service center (aforeserve kolkata). After a week, I called them whether it is repaired or not, they said that my laptop has motherboard problem. But I never had any issue with my motherboard it was working fine. I visited the service center and saw that my laptop is totally dead, not even getting power. When I had submitted my laptop it was all working fine, I only had issue with display angles. They told me it will be repaired soon, I don't have to worry. Between this one week I know they replaced my motherboard with a dead motherboard because my laptop was in warranty. So that they can earn some money with my motherboard. One month passed and still they didn't get the spare part as they kept saying that it is not available in the warehouse. I mailed many times to acer customer support they only said it will be done soon. Now more than 65 days have passed and still they haven't resolved it. They closed the case Id and said i will get a replacement. More than 2 months have been passed and I still have nothing in my hand. The service center did a scam and also they have a poor customer service.

                          The microphone (array?) is not working. The audio volume without headphones is not very good. I have tried to go to settings in "sound" and correct the settings and troubleshoot but the problem was not solved. I have also gone to "privacy" in settings and correct the microphone settings (since I was using the microphone with webex, etc). This has also not worked.

                          This device is within warranty. Please inform me at the earliest as the warranty is till 3rd December. It was purchased in the US and brought back for personal use.

                            Worst service support I ever see they send a ### technician who have to repair a loose keyboard key but instead of it brake it completely and then paste it using cello tape and said issue resolved and when we call costumer case they said your issue resolved we can't do anything now .
                            This type of worst service I never see. Never-ever buy atleast laptop from acer.

                              I have brought the Acer Swift 3 laptop on 5/Jan/2020.
                              From September onwards the laptop freezes continuously and I need to switch off it forcefully to start again. I have given the Laptop to local Acer service center on October first week. They have told me to replace the motherboard and they have requested a replacement motherboard from the Acer company. Till now I am frequently contacting the local Acer service center and they are informing that they are yet to get the spare motherboard from Acer company. Its being more than 1 month since I have given the laptop for repair and because of this my works are getting affected seriously. I don't have any alternate laptop as well for continuing my works. Kindly look into my issue as early as possible.

                                Hello sir, i purchased acer laptop on 24 june 2020 date on amozon and delivered to 30 june 2020. and i start laptop 1 july and some kind of no bootable device issue occur. and i have directly contact to acer warranty support and registered a compaint baceuse i have to no time to return laptop and purchaged a new laptop on online that consume 15 days or more so i compaint acer. and acer has can't resolve or detect issue and only take a time and every month close old compaint and generete new compaint . in between my exam has gone, my semester has gone has totaly consume 4 and half month and still say 'wait, your case are in the process ' .. i purchage laptop for online study and complete my master degree file semester project and all my work and study are distrust or incomplete and they have take my laptop two or more months into their service center and still they not can't able to detect issue and not give a proper solution...sir please communicate the company and replace my laptop or refund money so i purchage a new laptop ...laptop serial no:UNHGWSI007K1183979 case id: 3572574I, 3595845I, 3659077I, 3695797I

                                  Hey Team,

                                  I am Vasu Arora and recently I had my laptop keyboard repaired from your ESSKEY OUTSOURCING PVT-Gurgaon service center by Mr. Praveen and please find attached images of the detailed problem which I am facing and that is slowing down my work by a major time difference time.

                                  Case Id[protected]I

                                  The actual problem is in the key spacing. Some keys are fine to press while others are hard to press with none height at all. Please see the images attached below.
                                  Just after the repair was completed, I told this issue to Mr. Praveen who is the engineer that got my laptop repaired. He told me that he will rectify the issue and also since he gave me the laptop my speaker stopped working which was duly acknowledged by the engineer as he was the one who told me he broke the speaker while repairing and he will order the speaker and repair it once the company delivers the speaker at his office.

                                  Now coming back to the keyboard. Mr. Praveen acknowledged all my problem and promised me that he will get my laptop repaired as soon as possible but when I called him yesterday, he spoke to me very rudely to me and said that he is not the one who is responsible for my keyboard not working properly and that company is the culprit here for not sending the part right.

                                  I have every conversation recorded and can also send it to you for reference.

                                  Also for your kind information the service guy took my laptop 3-4 times and I have registered several complaints for the same issue.

                                  Please see to the below images and look into this matter very urgently as this kind of bad service is not expected from big company like Acer and people like Praveen is ruining the image of Acer irrespective of the fact that products are good but services are bad which is not only bad for your company but also for your future.

                                  I hope you will look into this matter urgently.

                                  P.S.- I already emailed acer team on this email- [protected]@in.aegisglobal.com but it's been a week and no reply at all.

                                    Case id-3687906I : Its been 27 days since my acer nitro 5 is not turning on. First it shows an error.I made a complaint an acer engineer came . he recognise that it is a motherboard issue and it needs to be changed. Customer care told me to wait for 7 working days for the motherboard. Now it been 25 days i called customer care service several time and everytime he told me that it will take one or two days. Acer I;m really tired and getting frustrated now I m a last year grad student and my placement season is going on . it is the time when i need my laptop most.Look into this issue and repair my laptop as soon as possible it will be very helpful
