Acer India — Refusing to provide on-site visit/return/Replacement/ refund | |
I purchased a laptop from the official Acer India website. It was delivered to me but when I tried to switch it on, it remained dead. I contacted the customer support and they told me that a technician will call me and I can schedule a on-site visit. He will check the laptop and then further steps will be taken. It has been six days since I raised this complaint 4090298I and I haven't received a single call from the service centre. They asked me that I should call the technician and I received 4 contact numbers. None of them were reachable. One of them did pickup the call and when I told them about the problem they said it was so wrong number. I call their customer support every day since then and all they did was ask me to wait for the resolution of this issue but they are doing nothing about it. Was this information helpful? | |
