    Within one week of the purchase of Acer Aspire, the laptop was making sound and got blacked out. Filled the complaint and got it resolved. Then within 4 months, the battery went off. If you keep the charger on, it works otherwise it doesn't. Just wondering how there will a battery problem in a new laptop? Is the battery a duplicate one?

    I've logged a complaint and waiting for the replacement of battery. Not sure what more problems will i get with this acer laptop?

    Is there any chance of replacing the laptop for me?

      I tried to get my laptop service under warranty. But the team is taking lots of time. For the last 2 week's nothing has happened. You want to make it as a physical damage and can't take any risk in this case. Now I have to pay 8200 to get my laptop back. If this is the situation y u want to extend my warranty period. Very sad about your service. Here after me and my family won't be taking any of your products

        Acer care worst service

        I'm last year clg student, my laptop stop working properly at 14/09/2021 so i registered a complaint to Acer care and submit my laptop they told me that there are some battery issue in my laptop so i have to wait till my battery arrive, now after 7-9 days they told me that there are also motherboard issue so now i have to for more 20-30 days because motherboard is not available in acer warehouse, this is my placement season i purchased this...

        I bought my laptop in 2019 and after one and half year my laptop screen started blinking(fluctuation) at beginning it was low but after that it went worst.

        I gave my laptop to acer showroom in Udaipur and they transferred my laptop to acer service center Jaipur.
        They took around 2-3 month and after that they are in conclusion that there is some IC on motherboard which is causing the issue and they are saying that particular IC acer is not proving.

        I am very helpless now because I bought my laptop for my job and currently struggling to do my job.

        I am very dis hearted with the company and product.

        If I will not get the solution I will spread entire incident on social media and will recommend not to buy any product of this company.

        I want my laptop issue to be fixed or pay me refund for product.

            I bought Acer laptop on 23/08/2020 and I had multiple issues starting from slowness and the wifi stopped working. The laptop's network card was the issue and it was not working for nearly 15days. The service engineer told there were some short circuit in motherboard and OS issues. He said he changed everything. Now after two months of this issue, the laptop itself is not starting. I'm also out of India and I spent 65 euro only to know that the motherboard died. The acer customer service is now saying the product warranty is over. It's so frustrating and I'm tired of following up. I already asked for a replacement during the warranty but the acer support refused to provide exchange and resolved it. Now I've series of interviews and I'm left with no laptop in a different country. I don't even know how to proceed further.

              Hello sir I lost my bill of Acer laptop which I bought from India and now I am currently in Canada and now my laptop is not working properly showing no bootable device as my laptop has 1 year international warranty so today I called service center near me so they asked for proof of purchase so can I get that please I need it because I have to do assignment this week

                  My laptop was having problem in April and I lodged complaint and they took my laptop and gave me I was satisfied but after few days I faced the same problem and my laptop didn't turned on again I submitted my complaint on 19 July and after few days they took my laptop and since then I have not received my laptop back it's 3 September today..

                      Bought this laptop Aspire 5 A515-56 from your listed seller in acer.com via Flipkart . After unboxing I knee that the laptops bezel had some problem but couldn't figure out but on 8th August I got to k ow that the bezel and display and backpanel had gap in between . So raised the issue and send it to service, after receiving they didn't redress the issue but only gave it back with dents and scratches all over the laptop. I demanded for replacement but you guys rejected and kept ignoring and rejecting my refund request too . So I send the laptop again and now after receiving it I come to know you guys have replaced the original parts with inferior quality parts . The bezel pops up and the backpanel isn't like the new one and the base panel scratches still persist . So I demand for a refund of my amount 49990 that I paid . I don't want your product or your pathetic service . I am done with it . So be humble enough to refund my money .

                      Have been using acer laptop since long time I already owned two acer laptops aspire E5 series and with that trust I bought your laptop again but this is the worst experience that I had . Kindly refund my money caus ei have no faith in this laptop and the service .

                        Today i had purchaed new laptop from national electronics mango branch wide modle no ASPIRE5A515-56..I am a new user of laptop so unaware for all settings but my relative are user of laptop ...It is very surprising that after the sell of laptop manager of thet show room and technical staff are very arrogant ..My problem was they don't divided driver in three separate drive I went there to separate the drive but they ask me you purchase 32GB pendrive and then we will do this...I dont understand why i will purchase just let me know it is my responsibility then i must pirchase and divide my divider...It is surprising that they sold so many Laptop without divided the driver..

                        More over they are very arrogant I think I personally never recommend any body to purchase ACER Laptop Your service is very poor and no one is there to taking care of your product...

                          Refusing to provide on-site visit/return/Replacement/ refund

                          I purchased a laptop from the official Acer India website. It was delivered to me but when I tried to switch it on, it remained dead. I contacted the customer support and they told me that a technician will call me and I can schedule a on-site visit. He will check the laptop and then further steps will be taken.                             I purchased acer swift 5 laptop in AUG-2020, in between one year I am having bubbles on laptop body because of laptop is generating heat too much .I've also complained to acer service center and also mail them, they are saying its cosmetic damage so it will not covered in any warranty, they are suggesting me that to visit the nearest authorized service center...

                              I have bought a laptop in gujarat for work from home purpose and i came to home (assam). When i checked the laptop within 2 days of purchase, the laptop was not working. So i have contacted the customer service to register a complain on the third day. After that they sent engineers to check the product. Without even knowing the issue the engineer asked for a part replacement and after 1 month the part was replaced. But laptop dint work. Again after months engineer came again and replaced another part. And same kept happening till 6th month of purchase. Then suddenly they decided to replace the product after 6 months. So it took 7 months to get a replacement laptop. But i was said that i will get a replacement with an upgraded model and latest version. But when i collected the laptop, it was not a new product. it was refurbished. That too with damaged display and the body panel. So i have complained again and after 1 more month another part was replaced. And this thing is still going on. Basically in exact 1 year and 1 month of purchase, i have only used the laptop for 5 months till now. I was promised a latest version motherboard before 5 months. Till now i have not received it yet.i dont even know when the warranty period started and till when it will go. So suggest me what to do.

                                In September 2020, Have Purchased ACER Laptop Aspire 5 From Vijay Sales. It Was In Warranty As Well. Couple Of Months Later, Its Keys Started Misbehaving But I Didnt Raised A Complaint. But Since April 2021, Its Frequency Has Increased Alot And After Sometime It Works Normally Again. On Pressing T It Opens New Tabs And S It Saves And On Pressing Backspace Nothing Happens. Now This Issue Is Raised From April And Till Now 6 To 8 Times Service Engineer Comes But Not Able To Resolve The Issue. This Has Hampered My Work Tremendously Since My Data Got Impacted Multiple Times. I Have Asked For The Replacement Or Refund But Company Is Not Supporting At All. Also Multiple Times Videos Are Being Sent To The Acer Senior Authority But There Is No Support.
                                ACER Is Purely A Fault Or Defective Products Provider Company.
