Acer India — Warranty extension was not done , now warranty about to expire

I have done warranty extension for my acer laptop. But multiple times i have sent email and call to the acer Customer care the warranty could not be reflected in Acer system. I have sent them all proofs to extend warranty, taken all required action to make it done (suggested by Acer CC), it coneyed on call waranty extension is done But again I called and its said warranty not extended my mail had not reach to them(which I sent 20 June 2015 with all warranty extension proofs). I had problem in my laptop as warranty could not be reflected in acer data base I am not able to redeem it. In 3 days from now warranty is going to be expired. As system could not reflect warranty extension I need my money back from Acer. I have all proofs bank statements, also receipt that acer team received my amount.Also I have mail proof that i have sent docs to acer team for warranty extension.
