Respected sir,
I shailesh maurya wants to say that my laptop acer model no: E5-511P25J motherboard was damaged up on 26/06/2016 which was replaced by the service provider on that day but at that moment my laptop repairing warranty was ended so i have to pay around RS.11500/- for the replacement but after replacement of the motherboard certain problems were arising like my audio input devices were not working, my monitor screen is flickering up so again i send my laptop to the acer service center at this moment they have remove my old operating system genuine windows 10 to windows 7 ultimate version .The service provider as given me sound driver software for my input audio device problem, which they say i have to reinstall again and again often when i start up my laptop but after this all operations the laptop still running slowly and different icon a coming automatically when i click refresh tag button on my home screen and input audio device problem was still not shorted out.
