I have purchased new laptop on 27th oct'16 from acer and today i have done with the process of warranty extension after doing payment i got an error and payment deducted from my account and after that i call on [protected] 3-4 times but i am not getting proper respone and just telling that concern person is not there so please call later..
This is simple pathetic...

When playing mini militia game phone is hanging my friends are always playing mini militia game their phone is not hanging.I am using acer T02 mobile I had 1GB ran left free. My friends mobiles are hanging up.only this mobile has this problem.when we touch many time one time it will click and pass to next. Pls fix this bugs as soon as you possible....

We purchased acer one 10 atom - (2 gb/32 gb emmc storage/windows 10 home) nt. g86si.002 s1001-19p0 2 in 1 laptop on 7th october 2016 from flipkart. its only been 4 days and it is not working. the problem being after its battery drained out and thereafter plugged it in to charge ; it has not started or switched on since then and there is no indication of it being charged while being plugged in....

I have purchased an acer computer in the year 2014 with 3 years replacement warranty. From last week computer is not working as there is no power supply. I have checked with authorized acer service center and they offered mother board replacement (3 years warranty covered). After detailed check up, they could find a burning issue inside the mother board. Burning might be the result of over power supply which again comes under warranty condition....

It has been more than 39 days since i deposited my acer laptop with the service center but no repairing has been carried out.

My keyboard was faulty and i was offered free replacement as the product was in warranty.it was submitted on 10th september but today its 3rd october still waiting for the product.neha who is from chembur service centre is ridiculous.pathetic customer service.also it takes me 75 mins each time i call at your service desk to speak to a supervisor. I purchased acer aspire e5-532-p1x5 laptop from chroma, delhi on 23 october 2015.
Since the day i purchased it, i had audio drive issues and wifi adapter issues.
I am studying in chennai. Few days back when windows 10 in my pc automatically got updated, i received a message - page default in non paged area. I went to the 'so called' acer care centre in adyar and they charged me rs.500 for installing windows 8.1 pirated version....

I bought an acer Veriton desktop (how unlucky was i when i purchased acer) in july 2014. Computer worked with some minor problems every week but it was still working.
