We have purchased New CPU MACHINE S/N UXVJSSIQ30G0967974 for Wireless Police Dept.We got the problem of Low internet speed.We have 4mbps line connection.When we checked on another CPU we got full speed but at this CPU got very low data speed.For this CPU we got very less speed.We provided the Machine Sr.No.kindly take action on this problem.So for solving this issue please guide us what to do or replace the CPU otherwise repair this CPU.

    Since the purchase of my acer one 10 laptop on 11th aug 2016, it has already given me trouble twice in less than 4 months. I had first visited the acer service centre in borivali east, mumbai (Sd computronix) in dec 6th, the issue being manual power failure and on 27th jan 17, for battery problem and manual power failure again and still the issue isn't resolved.     The issue still hasn't been resolved. Since the purchase of my Acer One 10 laptop on 11th Aug 2016, it has already given me trouble twice in less than 4 months.       When i last visited service center for my laptop having display problem at laxmi nagar. They left it open on left side, it was minor problem at time bt today when i visited the service center at janakpuri because now it may cause a severe damage to laptop to check with the damage. They told me to go to laxminagar where i was last visited. At laxmi nagar service center, they told me this is a damage done by me and they will charge for repairing it.
      But i want to say here, internal display lock damage can not be declared as accidental damage. When i talked to the person at care to prove that it is an accidental damage then he had nothing to say and denied and said that it is thrown by me but my laptop didn't have any little scratch on it.
      This is a request to take a proper action against it because an internal damage is being tried to prove accidental damage. The service is very poor. I have registered 7 complaints in one year and my laptop is under 3 year's warranty and visited the care again and again, but they talk very rudely and handle the customer problems very insensitively.

        I had been through same kind of problem, talking about acer care, i was tired of calling and visiting these guys to resolve my complaints against them.Finally, i'm no longer using Acer's any service. These guys sometimes behave out of mind.

          Dear sir,
          I began to say respectfully that Acer customer care Gorakhpur (up) has taken service charge Rs 500 without repairing my laptop the reson given by your person customer care office that give me service charge. I want say that if he told that in your lapton lcd cable is worst then he said Rs 1450 for new lcd cable I agree to give toal amount Rs 1900 after waiting 1hour30 minutes he said that your mother board is also worst and new mother board comming is Rs13500 then I think it is not possible to me because I am b.tech 2rd year student in Ghaziabad I says that then return my laptop I saw ghazibad customer service office he say that ok but you will give me service charge .
          At last I requested you to please returned my Rs500, rupees without he has not repaired my laptop

            I have purchased acer laptop e5 573 (Serial number - unmvhsi030g0976848) on date 8th april 2016. After purchasing i am facing two issue within 3 to 4 months, one was software related and another is hardware related. Main issue was keyboard issue. If we purchased any brand product and within 3 to 4 months if we facing any hardware issue so it's not good think. I have raised it ticket in month of aug'16 related to keyboard is fully dead.
            O my question is, within 3 to 4 months why i'm facing keyboard issue? It means product is not good or quality is not good and what? As you said, every electronics has no guarantee so i understand but it's not means you selling any product and customer facing these issue within 3 to 4 months if i am spending near by 27, 000 amount on your product so you should provide quality product and again you said to me, if we replaced new laptop but what guarantee of that laptop again are you not facing another issue? It means or i can say it, you don't have trust on your product or what? Because when i purchased your brand product that time i have trust on your product but now i don't have. And if you have not trust on your product then why are you saying to me take your laptop. Just give my money.
            Hardly, i had used laptop 3 months after that laptop is in your service center.

                And i was getting a problem when i open 'my computer' or 'this pc'
                It is showing 'working on it' for longer time
                I just bought just 2 months ago,
                And this is demo piece or show floor piece without any discount,

                I did reset my laptop of 5 times

                But that problem of ' working on it' when i open 'this pc'

                Did not go away


                And when i went to acer service centre and called to customer service, they said my laptop is out of warranty
                Which is shocking for me

                And now i want to change this laptop with new piece

                This is not having ms office files too

                This laptop is waste and reliance is too waste to buy any product

                  this laptop has been damaged by acer service center and not giving resolution after filing 3 complaint so far and each complaint ticket is closed without solving problem
                  TIcket id are - 1990368i, 1820412i (in second service request, laptop's new body damaged by service center which is replaced by them in first ticket raised), then onward 2011349I, 2032900I, 2053397I
                  after this laptop has been submitted for three times and also two times home visited by service engineer but none of the time problem is resolved by service center.and ticket is also closed by service center without solving problem and not replying on mail too. For replacing laptop body i have paid 2500 toward acer india.

                  Also in first complaint 1990368i observed that dolphin service center did not replaced laptop body properly. As cd drive on right side was not fitted correctly and keyboard mouse was not working when i received laptop.
                  Then i refiled complaint to acer. and also had talk to service center employee who have rude behaviour and not ready to listen to problem at all.

                  then onward i had started mail communication with customer support team and more than 11 times i had followed up by mail by 17 October but this all in vain so far.

                  and while mail communication 3 tickets created and 2 times service engineer home visited for laptop repair. and each time ticket is closed by service center also person who visited did not do anything other than inspection. Service engineer who home visited shown me that laptops new body is damaged internally which was replaced by service center in first complaint. photo taken are attached along with complaint

                  as laptop is damaged by service center then why not they are solving ticket. and it seems amount of 2500 hundred which is paid for laptop body replacement is not done correctly and problem is not solved.

                  Please look into this matter and also find attached photos.

                              We purchased acer one 10 atom - (2 gb/32 gb emmc storage/windows 10 home) nt. g86si.002 s1001-19p0 2 in 1 laptop on 7th october 2016 from flipkart. its only been 4 days and it is not working. the problem being after its battery drained out and thereafter plugged it in to charge ; it has not started or switched on since then and there is no indication of it being charged while being plugged in.

                                I have purchased an acer computer in the year 2014 with 3 years replacement warranty. From last week computer is not working as there is no power supply. I have checked with authorized acer service center and they offered mother board replacement (3 years warranty covered). After detailed check up, they could find a burning issue inside the mother board. Burning might be the result of over power supply which again comes under warranty condition. On this ground, they are rejecting the replacement of the mother board. They are of the opinion that burning and broken are two conditions that nullify the warranty. Since the burning is the result of over power supply, it must be covered as i'm using ups against power fluctuations. Below given are the contact details of service center i contacted.

                                acer REJECTED warranty
                                I complained about a black patch on my acer V206HQL monitor screen after some months of purchase but they rejected saying that this is damage and cannot be covered in warranty. BUT THESE PATCHES ARE DEFECT IN SCREEN THAT OCCURED WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE THEN FOR WHAT THEY PROVIDE WARRANTY!

                                      I purchased acer's laptop in January this year and it's still under warranty. i started facing an issue where i could see a bright white pixel at the center of my screen. it's 3rd time now that my screen is replaced and still the same issue keep occurring again and again. i even asked acer care to give me a replacement of product as its speakers also give me problems but i got no proper response from their team. i tried contacting them over facebook page but only the global acer gave me replies but acer india didn't even bother to read my messages. i have made a very bad decision of buying acer and all i demand is a product replacement.

                                      i am attaching some pictures where it can be seen that there is a cut in the foil whoch is placed behind the screen . i took this picture when engineer came to replace the screen and when i asked him about this he said that this is common.
                                      Acer India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      sorry for late update . they came and again replaced the screen but just 3 weeks later the screen again started giving issues . this is a manufacturing defect and these acer people are not providing proper solution for it .
                                      why can't they just replace the whole product with a new one .that will be much cheaper as compared to them replacing a screen every 2 month. this is just insane.
