[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — 49 hrs no internet in ACT broadband

Really i feel very sorry for getting ACT Connection. Earlier i was with BSNL with 8Mbps speed which was more satisfactory and customer service was very good in Velachery- Chennai. Just got to know about 20Mbps speed from ACT and got their connection 3 weeks back. But 2 days back, the internet connection went off and i had made around 20-25 calls, still no action. The customer service is very very poor, and including the manager make just false promised that interconnection will be soon restored. My apartment is opposite to velachery-perungudi railway station in park avenue street. Please take the action immediately if you really a professional service provider.
