[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — 50gb flexbytes gone in 4 days??? seriously.. how the hell i can track my usage? | |||||
I just recharged for flexbytes for 50 gb paying rs.400 (On 18th june 2018) I haven't used any massive downloads, just normal browsing and watching youtube and listing to amazon music. Today[protected] my flexbytes is empty and i am in slow speed. There is no the way to check my usage and the act portal says it's not working. The mobile app doesn't have the data usage page. I know what i surf and checked with my family member about the usage. I don't even think we touched 10/20gb between 18th to 22nd. This is really alarming, am i getting cheated here??? Where us your data usage page? What was my actual usage? I have raised a ticket with them today at 22nd using their app. Let's see what happens. I hav Was this information helpful? | |||||

My subscriber ID is 10400774 and my internet is down for the past 3 days. Calling customer care number is a waste of time since it is always busy 24*7.. pathetic service... Please look into asap or I will discontinue with act
