[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act fibernet / refund of payment due to not installing the broadband

This Melwin from Jayanagar 4th T block, Bangalore-41. I had applied for an installation of act fibernet to my home paying Rs.3749 . They assured me it will be done by 2-3 days, each day there field engineer came and told they donât have server box to give an installation to pot to my home. It happened for a week . I called the CUSTOMER CARE team they told me they ll send a mail to my registered mail Iâd ([protected]@gmail.com) within 72hours but I havenât got any . Itâs almost 2 weeks I havenât got any call nor a mail. If this the case I ll walk down to the main office in Bangalore or file a case in consumer court. Stop being stupid ### company and do the needful.

After one month of calling and asking the company for refund it finally happened. Thanks to consumer complaints site . In case of any refund from act fibernet just mail them to ([email protected])
