[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Beam cable wrong bill | |||
I have taken beam connection on 3rd of this month(3/03/17). The agent who took the cheque did not come at the time of wiring and wiring department made wrong wiring to other house (apartment 313) instead of villa 313. When we moved on 3rd and question same about wiring they apologised and immediately have wiring to our house. After 3 days of connection we started getting messages of bill pay which we did not use for that wrong wiring..when we informed the person who came, he said that's bill department problem they rectify..after 10th my connection got on hold and I'm continuously calling customer care and agents both are irresponsible.before relationship with beam we went with 2 internet connections now from 3 days we don't even have one. We paid 1900 rs in cheque and behind agents customer care from past 3 days. We are suffering because we trusted beam .where to go whom to ask. Was this information helpful? | |||
