ACT Fibernet — cheating customers by billing for discontinued services

I had asked to stop hungama services on 03-aug-2018 and got confirmation saying it is deactivated. I was still billed next month. I asked for deactivation again on 03-sep-2018 and again got confirmation saying it is deactivated. Till december bill, i am getting charged for hungama services. Customer care is saying we have initiated a waiver of 49rs, which in itself is an atrocity as 116rs was deducted every month from aug to dec, but i get a mail saying 0rs is waived!

Now after a week, i get a mail saying rs224 is waived? Again on what basis was this number generated? I should get full refund of rs.116 * 4 = 464 and not rs.224.

Dear act fibernet is this a joke to you? I called customer care again asking about the refund and i was told we have already initiated a waiver of 49 and nothing else can be done, i asked to talk to their supervisor and i was told i'll get call back within 2 hours. It has been more thana week since that call. Are customers a money making scheme for u? Stop defrauding people.

I have contacted ACT team yesterday for wifi connection shifting request, and also I have filled in the new address on the act app for required.but no any responded until now. plz give me a reasonable explanation!
