My user ID [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile number [protected] I have been continuously complaining about the discontinuation of the service and breaching the contract between us. Escalation incharge Ms. Laxmi advised such disturbances in the domestic services are very often and expected, advise to take corporate connection which is against to the TRAI policies completely. . No one can take a benefit unjustly. Beam network is charging including the no service days from the customers. We, the customer subscribed with various services such as online channels, media providers, apps and loss to discontinued communications are just with the fault of your service and request to empower the right to collect the damages from company as you are completely liable . This is communicated to customer executives, managers couple of times and no resolution provided. This injustice is not with me and with all the customers, making your court as platform I request to Beam to provide total charged income from customers, total no. of days serviced, refunds and unrefunded but benefited income which has to be paid to customers or government.
