[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Connection Suspended for raising complaint of connectivity issue

I had raised a complaint for frequent disconnection issues every Sunday and called the customer care several times.
I got to know from the local tech stating that the power connection for the switch is given from a shop and the shop owner shuts down the power every weekend as they keep the shop closed.
I called the customer care again and raised a concern regarding this issue.
My call was conferenced with the Area Manager, I told him the situation and asked him for an alternate solution.
He offered me ways
1. Provide the power connection from my residence and they will provide Rs 100 discount for the same - I denied this option telling him that the consumption of power for switch is more as they connect multiple modems into One Switch Box and they assume the consumption of power is only 5 units per month.
There was a conflict within their own statements as the customer care executive tells that the consumption is up to 8-9 units per month and Area manager assures it to be 5 Units.
2. Take an individual switch directly to my house by paying 2600 as installation charges - I asked him if the switch should be connected to a power supply again - he replied yes and there will be no discount given for this option.
I asked him though Act is so popular then why are these power issue arousing in ACT when compared there are no power connectivity issues in Hathway or other suppliers.
I informed him that if the issue is not resolved, I might have to look for an alternate service provider.
This guy showed so much attitude that he got my Internet connection suspended for this month which is already paid without any notification.
When I called the customer care for connectivity issue, I was informed that my 7 year account was suspended as they cannot not provide connection to this location.

I received a call from ACT Fiber net and they refused to provide me service as they say it is not feasible for them to continue the service now for an existing connection for past 2 years.
The reason is not justified and from the same Switch there are other connections being provided to other users within the same building.
