Hello, Consumer ID : 11805441 I am facing issues with the connectivity daily and I have raised request through app several times and till now solution provided and fed up now and planning to change to HATHWAY due to the worst service. To save cost or they are using backup battery for the personal use I beleive and that is why there is no battery in the backup server as well and the speed is also not as per the plan. Hi, I have initiated a cancellation request many times but still Act customer service haven't responded to my query and sending bills month by month for the unused Internet. This is totally frustrating.
