I have raised a request for relocation of my broadband connection on 12th oct. Have been provided with a representative contact number for completion of my address relocation. There is no proper response from any team member (Tried contacting couple of team members, nodal officers and customer care executives) it's been 12days since i raised the complaint and no resolution has been provided by the teams. Request an immediate action on my query.
