Hi sir, Act Fibernet Connection user ID : [protected]@gmail.com. I want to disconnect act fiber net account, i am shifting my location I called customer care and i requested, but they are telling 'will be disconnected in four days'. Every time i call they are not response, now nearly one month is over. They are send me bill. but I'm not using internet.
