ACT Fibernet — excess bill of rs.213/- | |||
I have requested on, 27.04.15 to disconnect my connection temporarily for one month I.e May 2015 but disconnected on 05.05.15 after my repeated calls. But I am asked to pay 213/- towards part payment up to, 05.05.2015. I have not used net from 01.05.2015, since I have taken Airtel internet. As I am not liable to pay 213/- for the delay in disconnection complaint lodged with HO beam cable there is no response. There is also no response from customer care phone always it shows engaged.Now I am receiving treathening messages/mails for disconnection though I have paid rs.730/- in advavce for June 2015.
