Last month I complained regarding my gb's getting exhausted quickly. Last month it was working fine. Now again this month I am facing the same issue. My FUP RESET DATE IS 1St of every month. I am facing the same issue since 1st feb 2016. And when I am complaining on act portal page after some time I am getting a sms saying that my complaint is being closed. Act people didnt even speak once with me and how can complaint be closed. Just take the bloody box o[censored]rs and close my connection and return me my money which I paid in advance. Your company has become worst of all. Airtel is 10000 times better than act. I am using airtel at my office. Its much better than ur company. In just one day 20gb's are finished without any downloads.

my account ID is 11485864 . I have been a user of ACT broadband in cheenai for 2 years and have had no problem . The second month of my connection in bangalore and overnight my data is showing 17gb to 77gb overnight . It is humanly impossible for it to have been used up overnight . I had filed a complaint on 8th feb and was promised action in 24 hours . After hours and hours of calling and talking to customer care executives nobody has resolved this problem . This is absolute SCAM and FRAUD by ACT broadband . I will now make sure all my family connections which are in ACT ( 5 or 6) will be disconnected due to this poor service and CHEATING AND FRAUD .DISGUSTING ACT BROADBAND BANGALORE . just shameful .
