[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — gx box not installed after full payment. | |||
Hi this is my user id[protected] i've placed multiple complaints for net not working but no response was shown. After waiting for a couple of tm days i called customer care they told me to install gx box and they promised they will install it with 24hrs of the payment its been 8 days no box have been fitted. I would like to terminate my connection with act. If i payed for new connection instead of gx box to airtel i would have got working internet by now. Totally misleading customer service.
