[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Harassment | |||||
In past we had Beam Fiber internet service. Because we were not satisfied with the quality of service we requested for disconnection. At the time of disconnection request we had 0 rupees due. After due period we switched to BSNL Internet and stopped using Beam Fiber. Beam Fiber has generated a future bill of some 6000 rupees and sending SMS that because we have not paid the bill the service is disconnected. This is ATROCIOUS and harassment to me. I want consumer complaints to send Beam fiber notice to stop harassing me and send me apology letter. For your information Beam Fiber is now changed name to ACT Fibernet.
