[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Harrassment!

I have been a customer of act fiber for last 10 years, with 3 diff accounts at 3 diff sites. i usually make 6 months advance payments, 2 times every year. Likewise made payment till may 2020. But as lock down hit us all we used only till march. After which the site is shut. We dint open the site until recently i.e. feb 2021. I called them for reactivation in feb 1st wk. they explained about a scheme for 3 months package, 500 per month.. 1500 for 3 months. i immediately went to my account to pay, i have seen there an outstanding due amount of 900 plus, i called them and asked what is that for, i paid everything in advance for whatever i used, why is the balance reflectingg... they asked me to ignore that, go to other and make 1500 rupees payment. I did the same right away. After a month exactly in march month my account was deactivated. I contacted them .. they said that 900 plus needs to be paid. I requested for clarification.. after number of calls to customer care .. billing team got into action, called me and clarified that i need not pay that 900plus and they activated after a day or so... this is a school, we use internet to conduct online classes for high school students. For 2 days students missed classes. Today on march 22nd they deactivated again for the same reason. I have no words. Students have exams, we had to postpone exam for 1hour because act fibrenet promised to activate in 20 mins. But that ended up as false promise. We all used our mobile phones as personal hotspots and conducted exams. It is undoubtedly expected them to maintain clarity. Ofcoarse i still have another 1 and half months og service, but i am moving to airtel.
