Account holder name :P.Ajay Kumar phone no:[protected] Account number:779066 Sir, I am Ajay Kumar.I am a customer in Act beam broadband .I have subscribed for 1 year by paying 6900 at a time one month ago.during this month I have faced problems more than 4times.still I am facing same problem there is no response from that company.since 10days I talked to the act customer service they are not giving proper response .During this three weeks they have not provided service nearly 14days I have taken connection on 26/08/2014.please take action on them understand the situation of b.tech student I am unable to do my project work also.And also direct the companyto compensate for this 14days and please provide me uninterrupted service unill agreed time of one year.
