ACT Fibernet — Junction box not removed from my flat wall which is causing inconvenience to us

MY A/C NO.1266317( In the Name of S.MANOJ SRIVATSAV) .My Internet connection was cut without no reason on 09.11.2015. I tried to register a complaint with ACT FIBRENET, CHENNAI, in their Phone No.[protected].But always their line dead.I finally made complaint on 12.11.2015.After several complaints since I was not satisfied with their service I told them to disconnect it immediately & refund the amount paid by me in advance.They disconnected it only on 27.11.2015. The Junction Box was fixed on my Flat wall with Electricity Connection was taken from my house line.I registered serveral complaints to disconnect the Electricity Connection from my house as I no longer use ACT FIBRENET & it was already disconnected.But, no response from ACT FIBRENET.So, I called my Electrician to disconnect Electricity connection from my house by paying Rs.100/- to him(Though it is the duty of Act to do this job). When I gave the Request to ACT on 12.11.2015, I told them to 1)Disconnect my Internet Connection 2) Disconnect Electricity Connction from my house 3) To remove the JUNCTION BOX from my Flat Wall which is causinh inconveinence to us. But, till date the Junction Box is not removed from my Fla wall.We are not able to open our Windows because their cables running through our windows.5, 6 cables taken from Junction Box to give connection to other houses are running through our window & it tagged to our Water Pipe Line.Because of their unauthorised & poor cabling work now my Water Pipe Line is falling on top of my windows.I have made several complaints to them.I also contacted Customer Care several times.They simply say your complaint is being escalated to the concerned team .My complaint will be attended within 24 Hrs.But, many 24Hrs.have gone. My complaint is not yet resolved.I have never seen such a callous & irresponsive manner in which a customer is treated by a Private Internet Service Provider. I request you to take up my complaint with ACT FIBRENET & Make them to 1) Remove the Junction Box from my flat wall 2) Refund the proportionate advance rental paid by me, immediately. I hope your intervention in this matter will resolve my complaint .

Today I was contacted by one of your lady customer Care official in my alternate Mobile contact No.[protected] and informed me that my complaint has been escalated to the concerned department for their action.I have been contacting Act Customer Care Phone No.[protected] for the past 45 days and registered my complaint through them several times & through their Web Site also.I have been speaking to their official Mr.SRINIVASAN (Mobile NO:[protected]) several times.He has been giving me false assurances to resolve my issue at the earliest.But, nothing has happened.When today the customer care official contacted me I narrated the whole story and she assured me that she is taking ownership of my complaint and she would contact the Engineer concerned immediately and come back to me today itself.But, sofar she has not contacted me.As usual like other Customer Care officials she also escalated my complaint and kept quite.This has been happening to me for the past 45 days without any sight of resolving my complaint.I am very sorry and anguished to record here that I have contacted ACT OFIICIALS through my Mobile more than 150 times during these 45 days without getting my complaint resolved sofar.
This is how ACT OFFICIALS are responding to customer complaints.It is very much surprising & horrible to note that A PRIVATE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER is treating a CUSTOMER SO SHABBILY and MOST INSENSITIVE TO THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
I HOPE NOW ACT OFFICIALS WILL RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT MAKING ME TO DRAG THE ISSUE TO CONSUMER COURT.

Thanks for shifting the distribution box from my flat wall to another place.

I am surprised to receive your response stating that my above mentioned grievance has been resolved.I would like to state that my grievance has been only partially resolved.Out of 2 complaints namely 1)Removal of Junction Box from my Flat wall 2) Refund of proportionate amount paid by me in Advance, only the first complaint is resolved by you now.The second complaint relating to Refund of money is not yet resolved by you.
As I have clearly stated in my first complaint dated 30.12.2015, the Internet was cut by you from 09.11.2015 and dissatisfied your service I gave a request for disconnection to you on 16.11.2015.But, because of your undue delay it was disconnected by you only on 27.11.2015.It is not my fault.Soley it is your fault for the delay in disconnection of my Internet.So, I used internet from 01.11.2015 to 08.11.2015 only.From 09.11.2015 no internet used by me.So, you are bound to refund the proportionate amount for the period from 09.11.2015 to 30.11.2015.

I request you to resolve this issue immediately and then close my complaint as resolved.

I hope you will respond immediately.

broadband isnt working

my internet isn't working since yesterday, my registered mobile number is [protected], registered email is saismruthi.[protected]@gmail.com, Please register my complaint and address as soon as possible

New Connection

I have taken a new connection on 6/6/16 but as of now I did not get the connection. Customer care number is always busy. The service they are giving is really pathetic it is been 8 days now since I paid for the connection but there has been no response from Act Team. My CF no:[protected] and complaint Ticket no: [protected].
