[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Network down for 8 days | |||||
I have opted for new broadband connectiob on 31st jan 2017. On 1st feb 2017 one of the act member visited my house and i paid 1600 for 1 month connection. I got connection setup on 8th feb 2017. I was able to use that service for only 2 hours. After that i called customer care, they took 48 hours + 48 hours+ 48 hours + 24 hours to fix my issue. But finally there is no resolution has been made to fix my issue. I want my money refunded and please disconnect my internet connection since it is useless. You people wasted lot of time.
