[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — new connection not working | |||
I have got my new act connection in coimbatore on 3-june 2018. I have opted for 6 months and paid my full cash. Connection itself took 3 days to setup and after that i have problem with my connection. I have contacted the customer care every time they say same answer your queries your complaint will be resolved today. I have logged the complaint on 7-june-2018. Still 3 days past, no proper response. Even i went to act office in coimbatore and they gave me engineer number but he never picks my call. I have really feed up with their service.
