ACT Fibernet — No action taken by ACT for no internet

Internet is not working from past 2 days and no action even after numerous complaints on app and SMS. Whenever I try to call customer care it's busy. I don't know if they are really receiving so many complaints or they don't have any employee in customer. I don't feel like continuing with them. I've always paid full bill properly on time but this type of irresponsible service will not work for long time. Airtel was not previously available in my area now it is available so I think of switching to Airtel. ACT is the worst service ISP.

Updated by Kamini Iyer Other people connected to the same modem in our apartment are getting internet connection but it's not working only for me. I don't know why they are doing this inspite of paying bills properly.

I have not used any internet but my data usage fup says u have consumed full data.. something is wrong.

Raised a request from mobile app and registered a request through SMS. As I was in hurry in shifting the house from Chennai to Bangalore. Needed the transfer as soon as possible.Nobody contacted me. No acknowledgement receipt at-least.
