ACT Fibernet — No action taken by ACT for no internet | |||||
Internet is not working from past 2 days and no action even after numerous complaints on app and SMS. Whenever I try to call customer care it's busy. I don't know if they are really receiving so many complaints or they don't have any employee in customer. I don't feel like continuing with them. I've always paid full bill properly on time but this type of irresponsible service will not work for long time. Airtel was not previously available in my area now it is available so I think of switching to Airtel. ACT is the worst service ISP. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have not used any internet but my data usage fup says u have consumed full data.. something is wrong.

Raised a request from mobile app and registered a request through SMS. As I was in hurry in shifting the house from Chennai to Bangalore. Needed the transfer as soon as possible.Nobody contacted me. No acknowledgement receipt at-least.
