ACT Fibernet — No call or update from company neither executive | |||
Hi Team, We have paid 1572/-for a new connection of beam(15mbps)on 29th of May 2014 -Bill receipt number:137311. The marketing executive is Mr.G.Ravi who have been followed up with us until we paid the cash. Account Number is 730209 He assured us that the connection will be done in 5 days before 6th June'2014 and as ours is a urgent requirement he assured in 3 days .but after that never responded to our calls until now.. We have called customer care more than 10 times but the response was very vague and rude. Ticket No : 12573845 Ticket Category :ESCL Sub Category : PR92 Every time the customer care executive will response that our issue is escalated and we will be receiving the response in next 1 hour..but no call or update from company neither executive.
