ACT Fibernet — No customer empathy - worst service and worst experience | |||||
Dear All, Hello, We have taken ACT Connection 1 year back. it had come for 5 days with low speed after that it was not coming since from 10 days .then we have lodged a complaint through customer care they said our representative will come and fix. No one has came. I called 5 to 10 times to your customer care, every time the same answer will come our representative will come and fix. He never come and may it take his life time to come and fix the issue. Hope you understand of my pain, we are connecting Laptop, Tablet and Mobiles, all are stopped. My child project work is delaying due to this and not able to work from home myself. Need the resolution in the next 1 hour and confirm.
