[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — No internet since a week and no solution at all

Dear sir,

I am Mujtaba Ahmed from Hyderabad and my registered email id and mobile no is [protected]@gmail.com / [protected]...

I am raising a complaint on a daily basis to beam and they say the problem is from their end and the technician will solve but none of them has resolved the issue since sunday.

I request you to resolve it immediately or else I have to go to the consumer court.

Dear sir last night (8th sep 2016) the issue got resolved and this morning (9th september) again the same issue persists.I am putting the same message across...I.need a permanent solution please do the needful...Till now in 4 months there was no problem with beam and from last week it has started and it is stopping my work...
