ACT Fibernet — not refunding my amount | |||
Dear Sir, I requested for a new connection on May 5th. and they asked for payment and I have paid them Rs.800/-. Next day their technician came and said there is no empty port at the box so not possible to give connection. I asked them to refund my 800 rupees. They asked to call customer care and raise a complaint. But they did not give me my amount back and when I call customer care, they keep on saying it will be refunded. But they did not refund. and one more thing they have generated an invoice for payment and asking me to pay the extra. They did not give connection itself and asking me to pay the extra amount. I called Customer care many times.
