[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Payment Not Received | |||
Date of the Incident[protected] I have paid 3841 to the ACT fibernet (BilldeskActTV) and the Act agent said this hasn't been received though the transaction is successful and i am attaching the screenshot of Successful Payment here . Act Agent asked me to pay again using Debit Card Details . So I have paid 3841 Once again .Act Agent said the money is reversed in 3-4 working Days. Now its been 15 days and I didn't receive any refund . I Have raised ticket with them SR[protected] for the same .They simply closed it and I have reopened 3 times as of now.
