ACT Fibernet — payment successful through paytm upi but on act site showing failed | |
My online payment to new connection bill got failed at https://bookonline.actcorp.in/personal/fibernet/book-online site on 6th june 2020 at 7:01 pm but the amount was deducted at the paytm site, raised the complaint ([protected]) thru helpdesk and requested for refund my id is id[protected] and refer the attachment which has successful payment id for new connection (New order id scpi[protected]) every time when i call the helpdesk, they say concern team will respond but not received a single call or an email for the past 4 days on this and no clue on my compliant status as well.
