[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — poor internet broadband service by act fibre | |||
My consumer number is id[protected] and i have been utilising the services of act fibre for past ten years when the same took over from beam. For three months after payment of amounts for six months for 75 mbps, services was such bad i am getting 10 mbps download and upload 0. I have lodged series of complaints with for slow speed. Some technician will come he understands that he cannot solve the same. The moments he vanishes from the spot, the problem is closed as stating that the issue is resolved. The issue is not solved, i took it to the level of nodal officer, but the same did not work. Can you see that the same is solved by taking the problem to higher level.
