[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — problem with net services | |||
My id is Phalguna.[protected]@gmail.com . since last 2 days, I'm facing 'limited' symbol. Internet is not coming. Tried restarting the wifi, unplugging the LAN many times. I tried calling the customer care but, your customer care number [protected] is busy. I'm not able to submit a complaint through mobile. I don't know when you will see this and respond. I don't know when my problem will be resolved. Why do we need to pay for the days when we didn't get any service? What do you have to say for this inconvenience? Sorry?
