[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Refund Not Received After Raising the request | |||
I asked for new connection on 7th April. Service guy came and promised that connection will be done within 2 days and i have to pay 2513 rs based on the plan I asked for. I paid the amount that time only through my paytm wallet. After 10 calls installation guy came and told me that there is no connection available so he can not do anything. So i asked for the refund. For refund i called ACT customer care on 12th april and raised a request. This is the SR[protected] request number assigned by them. I got a message saying ACT team will contact me for bank detail for refund and it will be done within 4 days. After 2 days i get message that my request has been closed. When i checked with customer care they said refund has been done. But i haven't received and single rupee in my account or paytm. I asked them to open the ticket again. Now they are asking that you send your transaction history to them. I have done that also. When i asked for transaction id then they didn't had any answer. Next day again they closed the ticket. This happened 2 times. For taking money they will come without call. And they will call you 10-15 times. but when it comes for refund then these people don't even check with customer if they received the refund or not. And when you call them they give silly reason that refund will take 15-20 days. I haven't seen anyone transferring money to my paytm wallet will take 20 days to reflect. Their customer service is pathetic. This is the last option i can think of. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 17, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally after complaining here they transferred the amount to paytm wallet. ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Recently I removed the router by your staff and they ask me to call customer care after 2 days...and exactly after two I called for refund purpose...they told me to deactivate the account first...when I check for deactivation there is no such thing as deactivation. So please kindly help me out.
