ACT Fibernet — They deactivated my account | |
I had an act account with account number being[protected]. On 1st September they deactivated my account for no reason. I desperately need my internet connection back. My prior registered mobile number is [protected]. My registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. Now i will have to pay registration fee of 500 or more yet again. Their service makes me want to tear my hair out. Was this information helpful? | |

Even I'm facing the same issue. Suddenly from today I cannot log in to my act account. Though my internet is working but while trying to login it is showing that my mobile number is unregistered. Also trying to login with the user id and password is also leading to the same error. I checked with the chat bot in act self care site and it showed that my mobile number and user id both are unregistered. This is ridiculous. I'm going to launch a complain too.
