Grievance Details--- I placed an order in a web site named addmecart on dated[protected] by paying an amount of Rs.11595.00.
Addmecart, Mail [protected]@addmecart.com Product--Life digital zed series two in one laptop, Date of order[protected], Order id---[protected], Amount paid---Rs.11595.00,
I did not get any update of the order so later on September, requested for the cancellation and asked them for the refund.
They have accepted and said that they will refund the money.
But till date did not get the refund.
I want my refund, so plz. help how to proceed.
