On 07/03/2023, I had paid Rs3568.80 to a site named addmecart which later on appeared to me a fraudulent site.
The online site showed my order no as
[protected]. My bank account shows the payment goes to Accelyst solutions Bangalore vide journal no
[protected] dt 07/03/2023 for Rs3568.80. I want my money back to my account.

Order placed on December 26th by paying 4899 for realme Watch 3 Pro 1.78" AMOLED 368 x 448p Hi-res Smart AOD with BT Calling & GPS Smartwatch (Grey Strap × 1) but till now not received the product and not able to cancel the product as no one is responding in mail and over the phone also.

customer care no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@addmecart.com.

I think it is a fake website.

if we track online it says Order #[protected] was placed on December 26, 2022 and is currently Passed To Dealer.

Dear sir / madam, In above website I booked HERO SPRINT FLASH 27.5T 21 SPEED cycle on 27th Dec 2022 & Paid amount through Credit card Rs. 8609/-
They have send Cycle on 17th Jan 2023, But it is Local unbranded cycle & also damaged piece, I contacted after received the cycle to them, there is no response telling wrong number,

Cycle is non branded and also not usable condition completely damaged.
Please help me to get money back or Cycle which i have ordered.
Many times I called customer care number, After knowing my name or number they will disconnect my call.

I finally agree with using the same unbranded cycle, But it is non fittable, because it is completely damaged & unusable.

These people are too smart, they have blocked my Number some times. If they call another number they will receive the call finally knowing the same cycle problem they will disconnect my call.

I have tried Consumer complaints & sent acknowledgement numbers to them, but they do not care about the complaint & I failed to make a final submission. I also tried the MP Police website. There were also some issues not being able to pledge complaints.

This is fake site and it is fraudster to cheating money from consumer.we have ordered realme 4k led tv 43 inch on 01.10.22 order no-[protected] for Rs 21999/ via net banking but neither my product received nor my amount refund after complained to many times to customer care and no response from him.you returned my money immediate otherwise I will proceed for legal forum and also complain to police.

Very worst link I never expected was like this . How will I contact you, all the options I tried... When i placed orders one time only they called me after word no status of the product. All people trust your link...please dont cheat anyone... If you are cheating surely you will be affected in some other way that is true. Please reply to this mail and send me the amount to my account. I don't want your product.

This is Nadiyaan who ordered Adidas original face mask 1 piece worth 1000 … But unfortunately you placed wrong order i got three mask of fake Adidas which local seller sells in market worth 30 rupees kindly look into the matter and replace the order or refund my money ASAP.

I Paid full amount of item shows but it again shows partial payment.

Mene is fraud company se ak jiofi mangvaya tha jo ki akdam wordt or bekar h kisi bhi kaam ka nahi h.mene 1700 rupees payment kar diya h or mene jab company se item replace krne ko bola to kio reply nahi aaya .

I ordered on addmecart the product named jio jmr 540 but today i got delivery and company send me wrong product so i want to return the product but on website of addmecart not showing how return product

No reply for emails for cancellation, Fake advertisement.

Grievance Details--- I placed an order in a web site named addmecart on dated[protected] by paying an amount of Rs.11595.00.

I did not get any update of the order so later on September, requested for the cancellation and asked them for the refund.
They have accepted and said that they will refund the money.
But till date did not get the refund.
I want my refund, so plz. help how to proceed.

I ordered for smart tv by paying online as mentioned in offer by addmecart on May 2022.
Still not received product, tried customer care many times, once a guy took call and told there are 500orders hence delayed, so I requested for refund, he told will call during my order arrives in que, but still no refund or product.
Please take action on this site save consumers

My Order #[protected] was placed on July 20, 2022 and is currently Passed To Dealer. after that no status change nobody is lifting phone in cancel department. I would like to cancel my order and requesting you to refund. Kindly do the needful.
