Aditya Birla Money — horrible service

My loan amount has not been debited from my account.when i am trying to do payment from paytm it says that adity birla Capital has declined your order and when i am trying do payment with mobikwik it says Error something went wrong. What a horrible service, i dont want this to happened again please resolve this issue as soon as possible and please provide foreclose details and locking period details, i want to transfer this loan to other bank, this is not expected from aditya bilra horrible service and when i called customer services they say sir we dont have any information, Is this a joke.please arrange a call back from you end .i need to talk to somebody.
