I have brought hyndai i20 Asta diesel 1.2 two years back.

There was some mistake in my RC doc and same has been informed to the branch and still they are not taking it serious.

As I am traveling and if police asks for doc how can I justidy.

Please help me soon to get my RC card back.

    It's been close to 10 working days that I have exchanged my old car (i10 Sportz) with new car (120 Sportz) at Advaith Hyundai Belawadi Mysore.

    My old car loan has not yet settled till date and expecting my to pay the Jan-2021 EMI for the old car which has been taken by Advathi Hyundai.

    Altogether I have lost my Rs31000/- till date + Jan-2021 EMI of my old car.

    Hello team,

    It's been close to 3 weeks and still my old car's loan is not settled. In fact these guys do not have basic ethics to follow up and keep me updated on the progress made. Now I ended up paying EMI for my old car (which was exchanged in the month of Dec-2020) as well as the new one.

    This shows the heights of carelessness towards the customers from Advaith groups after sales and now it's our turn to follow and get the loan cleared.

    Most frustrating thing is not even a single person is following up on this complaint. I believe entire Advaith groups don't care for their customers post sale.

    Guys be very careful while transacting with Advaith groups, I am sure if you are not documenting each and everything then you will be made to repent for blinding trusting Advaith groups.

    There is sill no updates on the complaint registered! Very much disappointed with the Advaith Motors as they literally don't care about their customers post sales.

    I think until I go for consumer court Advaith Motors will not care about this issue.

      I bought a Grandi10 last year in May 2019 from Advaith Hyundai car showroom, Bellandur and got the delivery on 18th May 2019. Mr. Bittu Nair was coordinating with us for the delivery. Registration Number : KA03 NE 8306

      On 4th December 2020, I got to know from "https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan//en/content/high-security-registration-plate... that any vehicle which was purchased on or after April 2019 should have the HSRP (i.e. High Security Registration Plates). However, we got the simple number plate which is not valid as per the new rule.

      I called advaith showroom, Bellandur, Bangalore on 5th December 2020 but the representative was rude and told he does not have any information. I have sent out an email to [protected]@advaithhyundai.com but didn't get reply. Also, I have whatsapp Mr. BIttu Nair but didn't get any response from him.

        Have purchased Hyundai on 23rd Oct'20 after doing all required formalities and submitting all documents. I have done the booking for rs15000 and issued the cheque for rs 919964. When I got delivery I have amount was not deducted from.my account I checked with sales person is cheque cleared she said in case there would have been any issue vehicle would have not been released..I discussed with my family n we thought because of festival season there is delay. Sales person called n check if amount got deducted I confirmed no. After that they said your cheque is bounced. I confirmed from my bank they confirmed that it was never presented to them. I requested them that plz return my cheque n I will do immediately RTGS. Rather then doing that GM called n shouted and misbehaved with my pregnant wife n me. He was not ready to listen us. After talking to my bank I stopped the cheque and did RTGS but they don't return my cheque because they lost it. This is mistake done by Hyundai finance department n rather then owning their mistakes they misbehaved with us so much. I can provide evidence for all conversations in case required.

          I have purchased hyundai i 20 automatic vehicle from your mandya branch in the month of november 2019. Bearing chasis no malbm51btkm756443. The said vehicle registered with chickmagalore karnataka rto on nov 13 2019 with registration number ka18 z8050. Currently i have not received the rc copy of the vehicle even after lapse of 8 months. I am in continuous follow up with your mandya branch people however i have not received the rc copy yet. Request you to hand over the rc copy at the earliest. For which i have already paid an amount of rs.2537 through dd and rs.1500 in cash. Even after making excess payment through cash i have not received my rc copy. One of the worst ever service rendered by your company. Further during my service of the car your mandya branch people have changed the floor mat. Request to resolve the problem at the earliest other wise i will be forced to go to legal assistance.

            Dear sir, i mr. Kiran kumar m have done painting work to my i20 sports at kolar service centre. The problem is painting work done by them not up to the mark it is looking like dull wherever they repair it. This is third time they’ve repaired same door but problem not at all solved.in this regard kindly take my complaint against them and give me feed back as i wanted to replace items wherever they’ve done painting work. This is unfortunate to write to u by searching in website for someone’s un qualified work. Kindly take this very seriously and resolve my issue.

              While buying our i20 elite sports the loan was processed by advaith hundai dealers where they said that the amount was 810000. So from bank they got 805000 and rest 5000 was the processing fee taken by the bank. Whereas when i got my loan welcome kit the amount mentioned in document was 816000 which was hidden to us. Now i have question on my 11000 amount and have no clue where that amount went.

                I have booked grand i10 for rs 5000 when sales guy is begging and its completely refundable. After cancellation they refund rs 2000 only.

                Then i requested for refund. Sales guys are not responding and asking to visit private place (Out of showroom), may be to beat me.

                I keep on trying to call them, but they are telling sweet words. But not talking the context and keep on taking request.
                * they are thinking, people will call multiple times, finally they disappointed and left the things like that.
                * they think, we have mp and mla support, no one can't do anything.
                * but they are showing their bad attitude and trying to blackmailing the users.
                * please help me

                  I met with an accident near bellandur and being the nearest service center - advaith hyundai - #41 outer ring road, opp intel office, devarabeesanahalli, varthur hobli, bengal, bengaluru, karnataka 560037 my insurance people took (Towed) it over there.

                  After inspection, i was promised to get the delivery within 20-25 days but they kept pushing and took more than a month, to fix my car's dents and body repair. But, somehow i was ok since car was ready. Now! The real trouble is after a week, my car started making a weird sounds from the ignition. However during my accident it was from back side so nothing was damaged in front nor in the engine.

                  I called my service adviser but he wasn't at work so i had to connect to to different supervisor, now that hyundai had received the claim fund from insurance, they are least bothered to answer or attend me after a week.in a hot sunny day i kept waiting in the parking lot and one after another service boys kept coming and kept on testing my car's ignition. I somehow felt like kids playing with a new toys.

                  After sometime they said sir, your battery is gone, now you need to fix a new one. I was surprised because my car is hardly 2 years and 5 months old and how come the battery is screwed, now i was directed to the next level manager (So called service manager) who was busier than our prime minister, i had to wait for him to come and see the battery for almost an hour. The moment i lost my patience i went in to call him inside and show the battery, and surprisingly, i couldn't find him at all. After struggling for more than two hours, and since my car was in the outside parking area, this time the parking supervisors started creeping about the parking space. They kept moving my car from one place to another. Wherever i parked my car some body or the other will come and ask me to remove. C'mon that's my car and bought it from my hard earned money, it's not rotten meat or a dowry gift so that everybody is ignoring for a space.

                  With no other option i had to leave the service center of advaith hyundai and return home.

                  Clap clap clap! Hyundai service you are at the peak of doom. If you continue similar service, sooner or later people will start spitting on you guys and today with a promise that i'll never own any hyundai car ever in my life, i am writing to the utmost senior level of hyundai motors india that continue business if you care for your customer else quit!

                    I have booked hyundai venue dct deep blue sx+ variant which is a completely automatic car on 24th june 2019 with the booking reference number 190428 at advaith motors (P) ltd bilekahalli with the sale consultant shantha kumar. K. N (+91 - [protected]).

                    It had been ensured that it will be delivered by august 10, 2019, but its been almost 3 months now and we have not received our delivery. We have called the sales consultant shantha kumar multiple times to get an update on the same but he is neither responding to our calls or messages and if ever he does he is giving excuses that he is not in the showroom, left his phone at home so was not able to respond, was on leave for 10 days and it goes on and on. To overcome this obstacle we directly went to advaith bilekahalli showroom on 14th september. The issue was escalated to syed mubarak who introduced himself as the sales manager (+91 - [protected]). Mr syed confirmed that he will be taking charge of our case and provide us with an update by 17th of september, 2019. We called him on 17th to get an update on which he said "we cannot help you with this. Kindly go ahead with the cancellation". This is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism shown by advaith executives.
                    Attaching the documents of booking.
                    Requesting you to acknowledge the situation and let us know at the earliest that advaith can deliver the car or not.

                      Hello sir,

                      I had visited advaith hyundai service center for puncture removal of my car grand i10 cherry red.

                      Details as below

                      Puncture was removed from driver side wheel, and when i took the vehicle outside the service again the puncture repeated on back tyre, i think there are some needles inside the service performing area. Please check on this as i have to take burden of visiting again to service center and repeat the process again.

                        My car was due for pick up yesterday (1.04.2019), so i've left my car and taken a cab to office. Nobody called me monday for a follow up. Someone called in the afternoon for a confirmation for which i told them that there was nobody who came to collect the vehicle and the call was cut. After multiple calls, somebody picked up and told me that the car would be picked up today. Somebody called me in the morning saying he is the driver and that he will be there at 10:30. He even confirmed my address, i have no received any calls beyond that. Now someone from the hyundai service center calls to inform me that the driver could not make it because he was given a wrong number. This is the kind of excuse i get? Even though the driver called me at 10 for a 9:30 pick up and asked me for confirmation for my address, car number and name and my car has not been picked up either. I took a cab again to office. If this is the kind of service hyundai gives to it's customer who has only been buying cars from hyundai. It's outrageous, if i don't get a response soon. I will be taking this to social media. This is simply not done.

                          I would like to bring you to the notice of the Car service and Repair of car number TN10 AP 0025, for the two service Invoice number S8408G[protected] DATED 16-2-19 and S8408G[protected] dated 18-3-19...
                          At first I am being loyal customer of Advaith Hynudai for past over 10 years way back when I owned Santro, Eon to now Verna Fludic, I am very disheartned with the experience for the first time.
                          I would like to bring you the notice that Service Engineer was unprofessional towards the approach to resolve the problems, service and repair my car.
                          At first I would like to complain when I left my car for service on dated 16-2-19, after reviewing the complete past service details of the car form your computer data base, adviced me to what all repair works has to be done, I/we as customers we trust your words and with trust even I told him to carry on all such repairs because I am not an Engineer, and your Service Engineer gave an estimation of 30, 000/-, which I even agreed.
                          It is very logical there might be 10% to 15% plus or minus, which I have experinced too.. But after a day your engineer calls me and tells me more other repairs which I was in no way to deny but to get such repairs done(as I feared saftey to drive the car), (it's as such a patient in the hospital cut open his body later he is no choice left, but to agree as all doctors advice him to get done so..), bill raised to 50% more than the estimation which I paid, but with dissatisfaction and with compromisation of other expenses due for the month. It was unethical, unprofessional and breach of trust..when I wrote the same thing in review form your service engineer pleaded me and I obliged to let go..
                          Well it did not end there within less than 1000kms of the drive car ( I drive car only when required if not I use other means of transport) more Issues popped, which I have never experinced after Servicing at Advaith Hyundai, my car AC stopped working, Air Bag light indicator popped up and I had difficulty in driving, I complained the service engineer and he asked me to get the car to the service station, later I was more in shock as he complained more and more such repairs individually and gave an estimation of less than 5000/- for which I disagreed and I later obliged as I had to good repair of my car, but AC problem was still not resolved and after a day he intimated me to come to the service center and told me that car has met with an accident and there is leakage in AC pipe for which I asked to explain but he failed and put all the blame only on me..he later told me take the charges of the spare parts without labor cost and I told him to do it, it again shot up to 9000/-, later after few days he gives me a bill of 16, 000/- which is very insane, unethical and unprofessional, I have lost the complete trust on Advaith Hyundai...
                          So overall the experience was very taxing on my Mind, Peaceful Nature, Money from 30000/- I ended up paying 62, 000/- my whole financial structure got disturbed I had to borrow money to reach mine and my family needs...
                          Is this the way you people take your Coustmers for granted...? and more of all I lost the trust on your Service Center and I would not visit your service station ever once again, I am in process of filing a complaint in Consumer Court but before this is my intial approach to let you know what such has happened...
                          I hope you will look into this Issue seriously...

                            We purchased a new santro amt, vehicle no. Ka03-nd-7539 in november 2018 at. They said we will receive the rc card to our address within 45 days.
                            I haave been following up with them and every time they say we will call you back and not call back at all. Not only that, till date they didnt give my fastag for toll gate which they said will be given along with the delivery.

                            When I am travelling to outstation on the highway the engine oil leaked all of sudden due to the nut not been properly screwed this is something you should take it very seriously and do the service properly

                              We bought santro on 7th of november 2018. And till date we have not received the registration number for our vehicle. When we asked about the same at gonikoppal showroom where we bought our vehicle they are blaming pragathi driving school and are asking us to call them. We bought vehicle from hyundai showroom then why should we call some driving school for registration of our vehicle and to receive the number?

                                Purchased a car in advaith hyundai and did a payment on november.

                                We provided more than a month of time to get everydone before delivery (Actually delivery time is less than a week).

                                The car was delivered yesterday[protected] was defective one and was old car which was kept in the stock yard for months.

                                Car was not cleaned properly and had lot damages including scratches on engine.

                                  Hi,

                                  Recently i got my car service from advaith hyndai, bennergatta service center.

                                  They have not done proper service and the hand break were so tight that i cant pull the hand break and can not park the vehicle also now have a sound from engine..

                                  They get paid for all service which they bill..

                                  How about my hassles now running behind this service center and water my time and money again.

                                    With in a month of servicing, my car radiator fan motor was completely gone, was experienced smoke coming out of the bonnet. How come it possible, its very negligent and careless work. Why they dint check while doing serving.
                                    : (Its a life risk. They said its a electric issue so they cant do any think.
                                    Not only that. My car was there for 2 days, they dint bother to clear my car. That was very sad. Trident hyundai are btr in this case.

                                      I had transfered my loan amount to adaviath hyundai and the manger says i have not recieved the payment we showed them our bank details then they found out that the money was already being transfered months back and then they delivered our vehicle after 6 months and within 10 days of the delivery vehicles ac wasnt working then we gave them for servicing they told that the compressor is to be replaced then they changed it and then recently when we had to travel to our native before that we had given our vehicle for servicing in which they billed us for 18, 000rs with incomplete servicing they have not changed the filter and ac coolent, engine oil and major thing was that they had damaged our windshield we had to leave urgently to our native so we paid the bill amount and collected the car in that condition and we left to our native and while travelling the car was in speed the crack became huge and the glass cracked into pieces due to which there was a dishandling of the car and then the cars wheel hit rock due to which the mudgaurd came out and then in my native i had to replaced my glass because i had to travel back to bangalore and then when i reached back i called the gm (Mr siddaramiaha) he told me to take the car to sarjapura service center and then over there i had met (Mr ajay) the manger of sarjapura branch to hearing to my complaints he denied to rectify it

                                        I have bought a car (Grand I10) in ur JLB Road office Mysore in 3rd of Aug 2018.While taking the vehicle I found that my name was mismatch Nagsundar N is correct but they made it Nagasundar N I told that to sales person to correction but he is not done and also they made registration also on mismatch name only.
                                        In bank they are not ready to accepted that because loan was happened in the name of Nagsundar N only .In my all the documents what ever I produce to showroom all are in correct name but the negligence of a team I am the sufferer now

                                        And now this a worst service at all they are not bother after sales before sale they always beyond us after that I have be beyond them.

                                        I got the RC copy also in that they made my name as NAGASUNDRA N in bank they are not excepting that and also they have charge me fine for not producing the RC copy

                                        Because of Negligence of the team member I am facing lot of problems and also the Sales Manager Pramod also assured the correction but he is also not bother

                                        I here by request you to help me out in this issue

                                        Sorry to says this it's a worst service...
