I left my car in this service center for ac problem they charge 5600 and return the car but i noticed that still the ac problem was same then again after sometime i visited the same service center i explained the problem they checked and said there is a major problem so again ther are expecting 18000, i was surprise why cant they check before when i left the car they could i have explaind it i was okay with that and am ready to pay but they said ac was working there is no issue now they r saying there major problem. Am fed up with these service center finally i visited advaith itpl hopefarm they fixed solve the problem. Now they charge16700. My request to advaith refuned my money back the service i done at devarabesanahalli branch unnecessarily they took from me 5600 i need my hard working money back

    I have done booking from Advaith vasanthnagar(grand i10) and withing 6 hrs of booking time, due to personal reasons i have done cancellation of booking.
    When i book the car the sales guy walked in to my house and took my cheque, that point of time i don't know cancellation charges since he didn't give me receipt for the cheque. Next day early morning 8.30 AM he came to my house with receipt for the receipt, that time he given me invoice.But before that i have told him regarding my cancellation.
    When i have done the cancellation of booking, the cheque was with Advaith so i have requested sale rep(Rakesh) from Vansanthnagar showroom not to deposit my cheque, he said your cheque will not be deposited they will tearit off but that day night i got the message saying that money was deducted from my account.
    From that day(12 Dec) my bad days started and i keeps on requesting advaith showroom regarding refund of amount.Till today i didn't receive single reply from showroom.
    Whenever i called to the sales person he always say that, you will get full amount as refund.
    After 12 days of struggle from showroom today suddenly i have received the money in which they deducted 3000/- as cancellation.
    This makes me so much disappointment after waiting this many number of days .
    The worst part here is whenever i call sales-rep, he always say that you will get whole booking amount but advaith finally deducted my money.
    I am not able to digest this situation.
    Requesting you please help me in refund of my cancellation charges.

      I purchased a Hyundai I20 car from Advaith Hyundai and I was promised before purchasing by the Sales Rep and his manager that accessories I asked for will be provided for free at the time of delivery.

      On the day of delivery they said they will provide the accessories after a week as there are quite a lot of cars delivered and couldn't get the fitment.

      After that its been close to month and even after continuous followups with the sales rep and his manager the Accessories were not provided and they are giving the reason as the accessories list was too much so getting approval was bit difficult and finally they stopped taking my calls.

      It is the worst After sales services that Advaith Hyundai is providing I would not recommend Advaith to any one whom I know going forward.

        Hello,

        I have had a very bad experience with advait hyundai service centre, outer ring road. Earlier i used to take servicing from trident hyundai service centre inner ring road, near domlur flyover. There, i never was overcharged and per servicing it would not take more than 5 to 7 hours. After i moved my house, i shifted to advait and i can hardly remember ever since if they anytime provided servicing less that 10000. I go there for normal servicing and they find reasons to bill me 10-15 thousands every time.

        My recent experience has been more horrible. My vehicle was getting overheated so i brought my vehicle to this service centre. They charged me 15000 rs. And replaced a hose alongwith normal servicing and a few more replacements they did on their own. They told me problem was fixed but immediately after servicing, i saw the problem resurface and after a few day i had to bring my satro again to the service centre. This time they told me that some lathe work on head is required to be done and head gasket and valve stem which are need to be brought from outside as these are not available in bangalore. For last 10 days they have kept my vehicle and there is no sign of these parts. I am desperately asking the service executive sri hari everyday but he gives me the same reply that parts are not arrived. I enquired to other santro service centres and they say that these parts are easily available in bangalore. Advait which has multiple centres in bangalore, must possess this part but for some reason, they are keeping my vehicle without working on it. Now next 3 days are holidays as told by their service executive sri hari so all signs are there that he will keep my vehicle for next week as well. Guys, do not go to advait. These guys will suck your happiness.

          Advaith Motors are Hyundai Dealers in Bangalore. I bought a Hyundai Creta from them 2 weeks back, for which they charged 52k as car insurance premium. 2 days after i took the delivery, one of my friend who is in car insurance business told me that it cost only 29k. I feel its day light robbery and an act of cheating. i tried reaching the dealer personal but in vain.

            I gave my Grand i10 Diesel for repair on 6th of Sept as Oil sump was hit and it had to go for replacement. I was not informed properly about the progress of work. Next week I called up and was told work is stopped due to bandh in Karnataka, it will resume tomorrow but no calls no messages about the progress. Then I went to the Garage (Advaith Hyundai, Bellandur, Outer Ring Road) and asked about the process. Then to my surprise I was told that vehicle needs overhaling and it will cost 50k then I told ok do it. But then I was told parts are not there it will take time. Today its 20 Sept and I have already given 25k as advance and still work has not started. Hyundai please look into this and resolve this as soon as possible as its already 2weeks. Or provide me a new vehicle or replacement vehicle.

              I am a owner of Sonata(2013) purchased from Advaith Hyundai. I took my vehicle to Advaith Hyundai, Mission road, Bangalore on 28/10/2015 for a 3rd free service. Once it is free service, the approach is casual. I complained about non working of air conditioner for the rear seats. The service is awful and not satisfactory. The problem of air conditioning for the rear seats remains unresolved. The vehicle is under warranty. They asked me take the vehicle( after keeping the vehicle for more than more than 30 hours. They assured to get back after comparing with a new vehicle !! . They have no clue about the vehicle. They do certain routine things like engine oil changing, wheel alignment and charge even for free service. How can I be helped ?

                I left my Santro Xing at Advaith hyundai Mahadevpura (whitefield) for scheduled servicing and they took test drive in my presence. They said they will deliver the serviced car next afternoon. Next morning I receive a call from the service person saying that during test drive the car met with an accident. I asked them to replace whatever was damaged, but they offered to only repair the damaged part that too after two days. This is a shame on this service centre of Hyundai. Our cars are under their care for servicing and not for their personal use. I have heard many similar complaints from others.

                  i have booked a car i 20 elite.. after 43 days of my booking period the dealer was not sure about delivery date of the car so we cancelled the booking on 23 dec 2014.. now after 35 days of cancellation i am unable to receive my cancellation amount.. if i wont get my money tomorrow i will file a complaint on advaith Hyundai in consumer court.. my complaint number is[protected]

                    Hi,

                    I decided to take a i-10 era 1.1 model car from Advaith Hyundai. After approaching them, I realized that they are "not proper" in their dealings, from internet. When I inquired about this information in internet, to the sales manager Mr.Chandrasekhar C, he said, those are the false information and any one could write anythings!!(But I rarely seen good comments about them, in net!)

                    I made the booking amount 4243/- .

                    Later on I understood that I could purchase wagnor-vxi for the price 4,69,753/- where as for i-10 era 1.1 model i need to make the payment 4,76,848/- + 18000 (music,security,seat cover,steering cover). So I decided to cancel the order because of the extra cost I need to give for extra accessories (like music and security system) and and maintenance cost and part cost of the Hyundai cars

                    When I told the cancellation to the sales Manager, Chandrasekar C, he was threatening me that he would sack me from my working company. Also he would teach me a lesson.( Dont know whether he was having plans to danger me and my family!)

                    As per the terms and conditions with Advaith, in case the cancellation, 2500/- would be deducted from the booking money and the rest would be given back to customer.

                    But the sales manager is threatening that he would teach me a lesson.

                    Readers, please aware of this incident and be away from Advaith, Hyundai. You may loose your life!

                    Advaith Directors, please aware that your customers are threatened by your employees!

                    Never buy any car from Advaith Hyundai, especially Mysore. They dont attend to you on time, make false promises just to sell the car, do not share the registration details and number plate even after a month of purchase.

                      Dear Sir,
                      This is to inform you that I had booked a Hyundai i10 Sportz model with INR 5000 vide cheque number 193192, Drawn on Deutsche Bank on 22nd August 2011 in Bangalore. I paid the amount to Advaith Motors Private Limited, who have their showroom in #41/2, Devarabeesanahalli, Varthur Hobli, Outer Ring Road, Opp Intel Software Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore 560103.
                      I had also applied for an auto loan using the finance arm of the aforementioned dealer. The finance arm's email id is: [protected]@advaithhyundai.com. However, I was informed that my loan had been declined due to adverse credit report from CIBIL. I was unaware of the CIBIL issue at the time of applying for auto loan. Else I would never have booked my car.I found out that I needed to clear a ten year old financial irreguarity to get a good credit report.
                      I therefore told Advaith that I wanted to clear by CIBIL report and then re-apply for the car. I asked for a refund of my booking amount. I explained to them that it may take me three months t clear the matter as I needed to liase with the bank concerned in Kolkata and since I am presently in Bangalore, the whole process may take 3 months time.However, I was shocked to get a refusal from Advaith, who flatly refused a complete refund.
                      They have been playing with me in the intervening period by telling me that they are trying hard to get me a loan. Hower, I am aware of the fact that with adverse CIBIL record I am not eligible for a loan. I told them that and asked for a refund, but they have stopped responding to my emails and have also not given my money back.

                      Even I have a similar issue and now they say they would not refund 5000.00 booking amount. While booking the car they didn't mention about the same. Same outer ring road Hyundai showroom.

                        I had worst exp with Advaith Hyundai dealer in bangalore.Here goes my experience with the "Cheaters".
                        I booked Getz Prime 1.3 GLS well in advance before Price Hike(Budget 2010) for 4,74,000 Complete on road.But i wanted to take delivery during Navratra and Ugadhi(auspicious reasons) which was on 16th of March.
                        First of all their Sales consultant at Sarjapur showroom by name "Dayanand" Plz guys note this-Be aware of this person and better go for some other sales consultant.He is the most horrible person i ever met and such people shud be kicked out wherever they go.He gave me Order Slip pf 1000 Rs against the 10,000 i paid,upon informing little he was responsible to deliver me corrected slip inneded to proceed with loan realted formalities.After requesting for one week i finally gt it.
                        Now 2 days later the guy calls me up and tells that sir the price are up by 7000 on the model you booked.
                        I was surpised by that since it should not be applicable on me since i booked vehicle well before price hike and same was alloted in my name.But that guy tells me no sir its applicable to you and issued me one more Quotation with revised
                        rate and hike of 7000.I grew suspicious and went to their Residency road facility and told them that i have alreday booked vehicle at sarjapur but not happy with their service and want to transfer deal from their to your office.
                        They agreed and made me to fill all papers again along with Complaint letter against that Dayanand.Now this dealer at Advaith Hyundai Residency road gave me a new quotation at 7000 less since i booked vehicle before budget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Boss ia m totally confused and felt that howcome same dealer at two different facility for same car,same version,booked on same date can give me 2 different quotations????????
                        Simple case of cheating and fooling the customer.Where that extra 7k was supposed to go????
                        Now above this all see the "Gundaraj" when i inquired about the Delivery date few days later the sales consultant at Residency road who was alloted to me says that sir that "Dayanand" at sarjapur road is not transferring your file to our office and that he is helpless!!!!!!!!!!God i lost my mind out of anger.Is that "Dayand" some commissioner,some manager of advaith that he is not transferring my file,am i applying for some petrol Pump that the file cannot be transferred.Moreover its their internal matter why that guy is calling me and requesting me to in turn request that rascal dayanad to transfer my file-why the helli shud request if i am paying money,so much power a mere sales consultant has there or he was worried of loosing his commission as well as that extra 7k he was making illegally out of me????????.
                        Now i went personally to the residency road manager and told him all this.My freinds suggested me to go to consumer court instead and file Fraud case against them since i had biggest proof of two different quotations.
                        The manager was feeling very embarrassed dont know for real or just showoff since i know just a sales guy cannot be so 'ignorant and troublesome" without having hands of some superior on his head".
                        Well as promised i am waiting to get delivery soon but if this time it doesnt happen,advaith people are going to remember me for long in their history of business.Definitely i will go to consumer court based on proof i have.
                        So guys before going to any dealer for any purchase i suggest you to go through various complaints posted against them on internet.We are consumers and spending our hardearned money for our happiness,these hopeless people cant take away that right from us.Buying first car is always moment to cherish but these buggers have spoiled that mood of mine now.I regret goingto Advaith Hyundai.Its the story with everyone but and not just advaith but we as customer needs to teach them good lesson that they are surviving because o[censored]s and its not we who are dependent on them.Thier salary comes out of the money we pay and above that all this attitude we have to bear.

                        I have a similar experience with Advaith on outer ring road. I agree that Advaith are thoroughly unprofessional. My experience until now shows that they are not trust worthy.

                        On 25 august 2011 we had paid Rs 889466.00 cheque to MRG Auto pvt. Ltd. Pioneer Hyundai
                        For verna vgt and they said after 20 - 25 days your car will be deliver . And on 26 September we to the showroom that we will take the delivery on 28th september, Mr Harish tiwari (sale exec.) said that dont worry sir in the morning on 28th sept your car will be delivered . He said that your car will be delivered at one condition that you have to buy Rs. 10000.00 . For. Your car from our showroom . We said it will be ok for us, we will buy it . Then on 28 th sept when we went to the showroom he said your car is not ready . Then after 3 hours of waiting he come to us and said that our G.M. Mr. Prem Singh want to have some words with you . Then Mr. Prem Singh said that now the prices had increased we will only deliver the car if you pay Rs. 20000 more to us . We said that we had paid the full payment of the car in advance then why you are asking for more money . We have all the receipts and the prices order form with us in which it is written that you had paid full amount of the car then why should I pay more money . He said that it's the black more for the car . He said the guy standing over their is ready to pay more money for verna car . If you don't want to give us more money then we will give that car to him, who is ready to pay more money. Then after 5 hrs he called up and said if you say then I can negotiate to Rs 10000.00 from Rs. 20000.00
                        Mr. Prem Singh is doing black marketing of the cars in MRG auto p Ltd. In Ludhiana, he used harsh words with us. Prem Singh mobile number [protected]

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am writing to you with a very serious grievance and would like you to update me with a response at the earliest. This with regard to my no claims bonus on my previous insurance on (Santro KA03 #$ @#$) traded in with you, which your concerned dealership has not carried forward on the new car, I have never claimed insurance on my old car in the past 5 years which I though will benefit me in getting a better rate on my new car insurance, which I have not got thanks to your staff who has not found it necessary to transfer the NCB to my new car and also inform me of the same. .

                          As a customer I feel let down, don’t you think it was the duty of the concerned representative of your company to advise me ?.. of what needs to be done i.e transfering the NCB, a person buying a car might not be in the business of selling his or her vehicle every year and a you as an enterprise (who is well versed with the procedures ) need to give the correct information.

                          I would like a you to suggest a way out, as I am not able to get the much deserved discount that I have rightfully earned on the renewal of my new car policy (KA03 @# @&#$).

                          I have spent the last week following up on this issue and received no support.

                          First of all let us thank your for patronising HYUNDAI ACCENT as your present car.
                          Sir we are writing this in reply to your mail, sir we are sincerely concerned about your grievances and would like to clarify your doubts, sir it is a very well known fact that if your either buying or selling your pre-owned car it is always purchased or sold along with the insurance policy and sir whether it carries no claim bonus or not the buyer is never aware of it until the owner discloses it the reason being sir is the no claim bonus does not benifit the next owner as it cannot be transfered and so it becomes useless to us & sir the no claim factor should be usually made aware to you either by your insurance agent or sir it is always better to read the policy once we recieve it, sir we are really embarresed to say their is nothing we could do about it now after such a long interval. And sir we can only request that even the media or consumer forums migth be aware of this kind of situations as it does not benifit us in anyway even if insurance your car had carried no claim bonus neither the next owner can claim it.
