I was getting my car (Verna reg. No - ka-03-mg 2060 serviced regularly in trident, domlur. I had issues of my lst of complaints not being attended to. However a friend suggested advaith as a better option. But my experience was worse.
I had specifically asked a bent viper arm to be repaired/changed as in the monsoon it is difficult without it. But in spite of specifying this before sending the car, it was returned without repair. The reason given was non-availability of parts, i have thereafter been asking them if the part has arrived. There has been no positive response a couple of months after the complaint.

    My car was not starting and advaith hyundai picked my car for repair. And after that supervisor told that thw part is not available and will get from chennai. After 12 days supervisor saying that the part is still not available and dont know when it will come. So i don't know when my car will get repaired. If this is the case now what will happen after 2 years. Might be the part will be stopped.

      I have bought a car (Grand I10) in ur JLB Road office Mysore in 3rd of Aug 2018.While taking the vehicle I found that my name was mismatch Nagsundar N is correct but they made it Nagasundar N I told that to sales person to correction but he is not done and also they made registration also on mismatch name only.
      In bank they are not ready to accepted that because loan was happened in the name of Nagsundar N only .In my all the documents what ever I produce to showroom all are in correct name but the negligence of a team I am the sufferer now

      And now this a worst service at all they are not bother after sales before sale they always beyond us after that I have be beyond them

      Sorry to says this it's a worst service...

      I never ever referred to Advaith Hyundai

        Hello sir/madam,
        I purchased hyundai i10 car in from adviath hyundai residency road showroom recently just before purchase sales representative promised lot of additional accessories will be given but while taking delivery of car neither roopa is available nor any of their team members gave additional accessories.
        Till now they have not given any accessories from advaiath show room.
        They are giving only false promise to customer & cheating..

          I had left my vehicle for service in hyundai advaith vasanth nagar. The representative who came to pick my car. I had told him all the things needed to change. But there was no action taken on my request. Just for a oil change n small minor work they have charged me 12k.

          I had requested to repair the petrol nob..which was not done

          I had request to change the dicky lock which was not done

          I had requested to put the alloy wheel logo cab..they said not available

          And basic small srew has come out..which that also they have not fixed..

          Then why was i been charged 12k..????

            I have taken grand i10 car on April 2018, (KA04 MU 6846) Mr.Vikas was coordinating from advaith, Before purchase of car I was getting many calls from vikas for each and everything at the same time Mr.vikas said until RC card comes we are responsible, but after buying a car till today I have not received a RC Card, same I complaints to Mr.Chandra Sekher but there is no action taken, now from today both are not responding my call, this is very shameful for advith Hyundai, I am very disappointed with your service.
            Kindly help me to Get my RC Card.

              After my vehicle met with an accident on 19 th June, , my vehicle was given to advaith Hyundai showroom belavadi on 20 June, till now there are no updates on my vehicle repair status, even after repeated calling showroom personnel are not replying appropriately, , they will give service manager number and he never lifts the call. Two days back I myself visited the showroom, I found out that even 10% of work was not done . . .

              I have recently purchased Grand i10 it looks like they have delivered the defectin=ve car to me because of dicunt, from the day one the car is troubling, Ac is not working simply the engineer ae taking to service centre and lying it's getting resolved but i don't see any changes.

              i recommend people not to purchase from this dealer

                  Hi,

                  I would like to bring to your notice that, i recently done my new verna ka 51 md 1820 for general servicing in advaith hyundai outer ring road, bangalore. After the vehicle was delivered, i noticed that the complains were not been taken care and the servicing is done as per the advisor's choice but not as per the customer's complaints. I'm servicing my car in this service station from past 5.5 yrs i. E since the day i bought my car, but its quite disappointing to see it getting worse every time. I have recommended this place for servicing to all my friends due to their exceptional service before but i won't be doing it any further due to their negligence in providing the proper servicing and bad response to the complaints.

                  This has completely spoiled the reputation of servicing at advaith hyundai due to my bad experience in the past 3 services and made me regretting for making a wrong choice of dropping my car for servicing at the same place again and again hoping that i would get a better response every time.

                  I hope you to look into this issue seriously since this might be the case with other customers as well.

While purchasing your team has promised me to give up-modular & body cover for free but at the time of delivery they gave me only body and said that they don't have up-modular in stock. Later after few months when i asked for that once they will tell they don't have stock. Please take action against them and do the further needful.

                      Have given my verna vehicle for general service on 14th feb at advaith motors orr branch (Opp to intel). They taken 2 days and delivered on 15th feb evening. While taking the vehicle have seen deep scratches on doors both sides of the vehicle. Immediately asked service adviser about this, he said that "central locking issues not yet fixed and will inform you once we get it. Then will get this also done at the same time". I said ok and taken my vehicle. He called after couple of weeks and said spare part received. When i taken my vehicle there, he changed his word and said that those scratches were already there by showing some inventory papers. I have shown him the whatsapp chat also for proof. After lot of argument then they agreed to do one side and for other side they said that it was old scratch since it was rusted and might be old scratch. They asking me to pay the half charges for other side. He agreed and committed to do on that day while taking delivery. After couple of weeks he changed his word and cheating now. Had a big argument with his service manager also. But no luck. These advaith motors guys cheating the customers like this.

                        Hi,

                        I got wrong commitment by the manager (Srinath fleet manager) before submitting the booking amount. Once i have given the booking amount of 5000 their job finished. I was only followed with them for updates and they don't even bother to come my place to share the information. When i told them that you committed something then they were shouting and telling that we don't do any wrong commitment and your blaming to us because they know that i can't go anywhere because i have booked the vehicle and if i cancel it i will not get that money refunded.

                        This is manager behavior and if manager only speak like non sense then we can not believe on their subordinates

                        This is advaith hyundai response and behavior with customer.

                          Hello, this is my suggestion regarding the spare parts availability at advaith branches of mysuru including both. Almost all the when ever i need any replacement i visit the advaith service centre but the issue is with the not availability of spare parts any all the instances. You should make sure that all the important spares are available for the particular model of the car, four times i was asked to wait for 7 days to get my car done, come on chennai is not so far to get a spare from there, but the issue is there are 2 advaith in mysuru but both run out of stock, why? Because people trust you and come to your service station so you should have each and every spare parts at least in one showroom, i enquired in bangalore advaith even there the spare was not available. You have plenty of space to keep plenty of spare parts and those spare parts are required day to day by many customers and it is not any loss to keep an additional spare because now day or the other it will also be asked by some customer. So try to keep the spare parts ready at least the important ones like the brake pads, wheel bearings, cabin filter, ac vents, etc.. I have went back many times to star hyundai to get my car job done immediately. Please update because mysuru doesn't want you to loss you value for your customers. Hope this lengthy message will bring some changes in the way you operate. Try to get the spares 3 times a week from chennai, try to keep spare parts in both the service stations in mysuru if not atleast in bangalore, or if we get the spares from 3rd party at least allow your technicians to fit them. So the list goes on, hope this attitude can change in service and spare operations.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have given my car (Elite i20 asta optional) with registration number ka51mh1096 to belandur branch on 29/12/2017 for body work. Got the work completed on 05/01/2018 and was happy with the work. Vinayak who handled the job was too good and helped a lot. While returning back to home, found my navigation sd card was missing and console was prompting the same. Later on called vinayak about missing sd card. He said he will investigate the same but till date he has no clue. Please escalate this issue and help me to find out my sd card as the card itself is very costly. Don’t want to go to police for missing report so please help me out here.

                              Totally disappointed with the manager's response after complaining abt a staff for the wrong commitments. This as always been from day 1 of booking till date even with service. I was promised a referral coupon after referring a friend to buy a car from this showroom. Later when asked for this, they came up with many excuses. Which got sorted after getting this escalated for 2days in a row. Never i would recommend this advaith hyundai to any of my friends or families going forward..

                                I have booked an elite i20 sportz in december 1st week of 2017, but the concerned bank has not sanctioned loan for me... but advaith hyundai is not refunding my advance booking 5000 rupees... shall i go for LAW SUIT against them or complaint in consumer forum ?

                                  I had given my car for service on 21.09.2017 at advaith hundai outer ring road after taking an appointment (The lady promised me that car will be delivered the same day). As i was busy, i had asked for pickup service. The driver ningaraju [protected] calls me at 8.30am to say that he is at marathalli but he reaches my residence at old airport road, murugeshpalya at 11 a. M.

                                  The service engineer, raveendra serigar [protected], calls me at 12 to say that general service with some minor repairs to be done, but the vehicle will be given on the next day by 4pm. He calls me next day morning to say that lifter assy to be replaced. Total billing was rs.8018/-
                                  By evening when i called him by 5pm my car was still not ready and the service engineer switched off his mobile. By 9 p. M. A new driver calls me to find my address. I received my car by 9.20 p. M. And to my surprise the car was making more noice and the car’s smoothenesss has reduced.in fact after service from advaith hundai outer ring road the car had become more rough. The next day when i called the service engineer, he was not attending my call, and i called the service center and complained – no response

                                  Now on 09.10.2017 when i was driving at indiranagar the car stopped completely - called the service center and the lady poornima informed me to call latesh [protected] at indiranagar service center, this person helped me to move the car to the service center at indiranagar. His engineer checked the car and told me that there is an leakage in break oil, cross section and silencer have to be replaced and has given an estimate of rs.22000 for servicing. Within 15 days of servicing at advaith hundai outer ring road again i have to spend rs.22000 ……?

                                  So friends please be away from advaith hundai outer ring road they seem to have unprofessional good for nothing service engineers

                                  I recommend all hyundai owners to be away from advaith hundai outer ring road.

                                    I gave a service to advaith hyundai at jp nagar couple of months back... I would like share my opinion

                                    They simply over charged by replacing unwanted parts to make up the bill... I actually suggested to replace clutch brake assembly which is not in good shape which is essential.. That to for city driving.. They replaced many unwanted parts skipping this.. And they made a big scratch on front door during service and denied for long time... And then agreed to correct it

                                      Hi,

                                      I had done the online payments for rs 7117/- as well as inspection for car (Hyundai eon dlite+) on 24th june, 2017 but i did not receive insurance document. Mr. Maruthi of advaith hyundai insurance had commited that i will receive the documents on 24th june, 2017 by end of day. But i did not receive the document.

                                      Thereafter mr. Naveen of advaith hyundai insurance called me on 27th june, 2017 saying since 24th june, 2017 was holiday for liberty videocon so re-inspection needs to be done and payment of rs 250 /- needs to be done.

                                      So on 28th june, 2017, i did re-inspection of car by paying rs 250/- for the same. But still i didnt received the inspection document.

                                      This is a very unprofessional response from advaith hyundai and was totally unexpected.

                                      So i have brought this issue to your notice for the early resolution of this issue and i want my car insurance documents at the earliest possible.

                                        I left my car for insurance claim and service on 12/6/17 and asked them to do full service as well. And before I leave my vehicle here checked kms. They make use of my vehicle for own use and also damage it and deny that they are not responsible for the cause. Their is a damage on back bumper and 50 kms is used extra for which my fuel is even utilized completely which was in the vehicle. I ended paying huge bill for their fraud and #### service the service attendant first asked to pay the bill before seeing the vehicle so that I don't see the damage and finished all formalities in hurry and when showed all the damage and informed of situation on spot he asks to wait till he confirms and contats and now he is not responding at all.
                                        I am filing a case for this and noticed will be sent if the damage is not replaced and fuel is not provided to me .
                                        Advaith Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
