Agarwal Packers & Movers — Non Delivery of Goods | |||
I am Jagdish Srivastava working as Chief Manager in Bank of Baroda. I had booked my household goods from Kolkata to Baroda on 05.03.2016 on my transfer. I was told that that the goods will reach to me in 5-7 days. However, the goods were delivered on around 29.03.2016 to which I did not complained. Of the goods transported, one 3 seater and one 1 seater sofa was missing. I was told that the same will reach to me in 2-3 days. Weeks passed. I started enquiring at Baroda office. But no one was responding. I started emquiring at Kolkata, Gudgaon, Delhi and Secunderabad etc. wherever I was advised to contact. During the course I got the mobile number [protected] of Mr Sanjay Agarwal, one of the directors in the company. I spoke to him and told about my problem. He told that in a couple of days it will be resolved. But of no avail. I again started trying to contact him but he did not pick my landline as also mobile numbers. I also got various mails from the website and sent mails but except one or two assurances no response. Please advise me what remedy do I have.
