Agarwal Packers & Movers — regarding claims of my broken and damaged products and incorrect valuation

I had booked a consignment through drs agarwal packers and movers, it was picked up from my hometown (Bhadrak) on 10th july. And the deal was of the payment that will pay 80% at the time of loading and 20% of the payment after delivery. They were supposed to reach by 10:30am but they reached home at 2:30pm. They did not have any mask, gloves, sanitizer nothing. We provide them. Though i told them to carry all these things repeatedly. They started packing everything and the packages were not packed properly even they didn’t do the lamination of every boxes not even thormocol sheets where it was necessary. They packed the stuffs like anything. They load the stuffs very quickly as it was about to rain and gave us the list of the stuffs. But they did not mention the prices of the stuffs even they did not even gave us the insurance of these things. I asked so many times about the insurance, simply the incharge officer (Balraj) told me not worry nothing will happen. Previously i spoke to the officer incharge (Balraaj) about the insurance and made him clear tht the price of the consignment is about 2lacks and i want insurance for every single stuff as some of them are brand new product. He assured me that no need to worry he’ll process it. I asked the workers as well about the insurance and how to claim it and to mention the prices of the stuff in that sheet but they told me that it is not necessary we have ur details. That also i informed to that man (Balraaj) and he told me the same. Tried to contact the supervisor (Balraaj) so many times regarding the insurance and to do lamination of the boxes which was leftover. His response was very bad. I requested him to give me the tracking details of once it dispatch but did not get any positive response. Was tired of calling them but still did not get any response and lastly he started ignore my calls and switched off his number. As per the deal i paid 80% of the money at the time of loading at bhadrak and rest 20% will pay at the time of delivery.
On 15th july i got a call from balraj that the consignment has reached hyderabad and i have to pay rest 20% of the money otherwise they won’t deliver the products. I told him about the deal but he was threatening me that the products are not going to be delivered if iam not paying. However i paid the amount before delivering it. Around 3:30pm they came to deliver the products but 90% of the products were completely damaged, broken, unpacked due to the poor packaging. The sofa set is completely broken and the delivery guy tore it while unpacking it infront us. The sofa seats are tored and damaged, the almirah has so many scratches and dents all over it, the carpet are damaged, the groceries are damaged and many more things are wasted due to this poor packaging. No carpenter came to assemble bed, dressing table, almirah. Again and again i contacted to the supervisor (Balraj) to give the insurance details but didn’t get any response. He was testing my patience level and whatever i was asking he was laughing as i am joking with him. After contacting 100 times the supervisor (Balraj) gave us the valuation sheet yesterday evening where he has put the values 1/4th of the production price which are brand new. Even i showed him the invoice of the products but still no changes made. Still i am not getting any reply from anyone. Whenever i am trying to contact the claiming department they are simply keeping me on hold and after 10-15mins the call was disconnected. The supervisor (Balraj) is also not answering my call. No one is helping. I paid the full amount, my products are damaged, no one is neither contacting nor helping. Also balraj is not changing the price of the product. Simply they are people taking the customers for granted and they don’t even care about their customers. Poor customers service ever i have seen so far. Now it's up to you, i am bound to do this as i am helpless. I need your help in putting the correct amount of the products and in claiming the amount of the damaged products.
