Air india flight no. Al 932 jeddah to bombay 20th september 2018 got delayed for 3-4 hours. The haj passengers mostly aged above 50 years all are in a bad state without any compensation or food services no place to rest. They are asked to travel via another flight which is jeddah to bombay via hyderabad which will reach bombay almost at the same time as their delayed flight plus they have limitations on the weight of the luggage to be carried in the via hyderabad flight.
