Air India Express — Pathetic Services of air India and Rude behaviour from Duty Manager Mr Pramod | |||
I am writing this mail in accordance to the kind of rudeness I got from your staff (Mr. Pramod), I don't know his last name as he rudely told me that he would not tell that. I was supposed to board a flight today itself (Booking Ref no. is Y60DK) from Mumbai - Delhi - Patna. I was not informed about that as I gave my office landline no. This guy was very rude that its my fault that I haven't given my mobile no. and he straightaway told me that they don't communicate on mails. I was there for 3 hrs, waiting patiently, crying for help as my marriage is scheduled for tomorrow. He told me that my ticket is invalid and I cant fly on that. i can fly only till Delhi ( one morning flight was there from delhi to patna) but he refused to entertain me on that. He was also making a joke of the fact that I have taken the flight 2 months back for saving money. I cant tell you the kind kind of mental pressure and humiliation I got through. I have already filed a complaint in consumer court. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE ONE EXPECTS FROM AIR INDIA? leave service, is this the way to talk to a customer of yours. I wanted you people to know that I am flying tomorrow by Indigo flight that I had to book on my own today. Please keep a tab of foolishness and carelessness you are doing. 6 people at International AI terminal in chennai including the station manager (claiming he has the authority to send people pn any flights he wants too) said I cannot get onto a flight because my booking doesnt reflect in their system. After speaking with makemytrip people, they said my booking is confirmed.
AI express people refused to giveme this in writing even after telling them that I will sue makemytrip people for this if they are lying. AI official refused to speak with makemytrip customer support people too.
They are pathetic people, I dont think so I would ever want to travel with this carrier. After 3 hours of torture, pleading them to allow me to board I got a feeling that local trains in Mumbai are much better and even people in locals are more polite and sensible than these SO CALLED TRAINED AI STAFF.
