Air India — money deducted, no booking, no refund, no response

On 26 december, my friend arjun agarwal booked two flight tickets through your website.

The details are as follows -

The money has been deducted from bank and is also confirmed with the bank. Air india has been unresponsive and unbothered. They earlier said that the amount was not credited but i have proof of the transaction. It has been 48 hours that non of my calls, emails or messages are being answered.

Please look into it and refund my money asap. This is fraud and very shameful on your part.
