Sir, i had booked ticket through yatra.com flight number ai821fromixj to srx on 08/11/17 but due to some reason flight was delayed more than one hr so next connecting flight from srinagar to goa missing so manger of air india arranged to indigo flight so kindly make arrangement of refund of money air has given me writing passenger is entilted for full refund.
