Air Mauritius — flight delayed without any alternative accommodation provided

I travelled from delhi to mauritius via mumbai and i had to take air mauritius flight from mumbai to mauritius. The flight which was suppose to depart at 6.45am was delayed for over 10 hours and re-scehduled for 5.45pm. There were no air mauritius staff at the mumbai arrival counter to assist me for an alternate accomodation although i was travelling alone with no one to assist me at 1am. This is highly irresponsible on the part of air mauritius to treat passengers.
