Dear Air Mauritius,
I wish to express my utmost anger and dissatisfaction to behavour of senior Hostess on flight from Bombay to Mauritius on 05 of August, unfortentatelly I do not have her name, but she is senior, standing at the gate of the plane. She has insulted me, fabricated a complaint to police in the airport and caused me a great damage. She was very rud, unworthy of being a member of Air Mauritius, claimed that I tried to trip a passenger, although camera surveilance can show she was lying. I am a journalist, travelled around the world, visiting more than 80 countries, never ever, I have seen such a rude, unhuman and savage person as this lady. I demand that the quality controla nd customer care department further investigate this matter and take very tough measures against her. I am happy to further follow up this matter.
